WICO EK MAGNETO BRACKET AND TRIP FINGER GAS ENGINE HIT AND MISS
This is an original wico ek magneto BRACKET and TRIP FINGER. I think they came off of a type 2 MASSEY HARRIS engine. Trip finger will work on other engines. Nothing special but should be some usable parts there. I can see some braze on the back of trip finger bracket but everything is covered with heavy grease. Head for Fairbanks Morse Model T Upright Hit Miss Gas Engine
Here is a tough to find piece. This head is for a 2 HP Fairbanks Morse upright gas engine. It is in tough condition. But should be repairable. The piece that is freeze cracked out is missing. A piece will have to be fabricated and welded back in. The old valves are stuck in the guide. There are a couple other cracks around the freeze damage and pieces broken out of the mounting holes on one side. It is a project, but is better than a non-existent head. Pretty tough piece to find in any condition. I'm listing a number of different parts and pieces for early gas engines, so please check out my other listings. It measures about 5.5" tall and the threads are about 5/8" across. It has some specs of white paint on it but it comes off without much work. Antique Fly Ball governor Pickering Steam Hit Miss Engine Tractor Case IH JD Old
Very nice antique 2" Pickering fly ball governor in good useable condition with no serious damage(driven pulley has two chips) and no repairs. Valve throw adjuster works as does the valve tension device. And what looks like some sort of override also functions as it should. The horizontal shaft/bushing is showing some wear mainly on the out board end no doubt in the direction of the drive belt tension(wear is mostly horizontal) This old beauty spins easily by hand and the spring are good. Plenty of grease and grime but I do believe this one could be pressed back into service if the need is there. I personally have never seen one this complete or damage free. Half inch bolts are 2 3/4" on center. Brass valve is 2" in diameter and the unit from top of base to top of governor is 22 1/2" This heavy governor ships to the lower ... more48 States only. This is a rather hard to find original cast iron pulley for a hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in good used condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. It measures 8 inches in diameter with a 4 1/2 inch face. It mounts to every other spoke of the flywheel on a 5 3/4 inch on center bolt pattern. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. It will fit any engine with an adapter plate. Included is the original mounting bolts and nuts. These original pulleys are extremely tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you've been looking for one to complete a restoration here's your chance. Pump can be shipped will take 2 boxes with insurance. This is a good working condition old pump. The 1 1/4" N.P.T. size pipe has been removed from the inside and the threads are in good shape in the pump body. They have had a pipe tap run in them and ready to use. Rare Gade Bros Hit And Miss Gas Engine Brass Tag
For sale a very unusual Gade antique stationary gas engine brass tag. Tag I am pretty sure is old and original and has been stamped for an engine with a serial number. But has no holes drilled in it. I am not sure why but many Gade engines are missing tags. Please see pictures. Tag was found in a battery box And still has some original blacking around letters. A neat item for a Gade collector. NICE VERY RARE UPRIGHT NORTHWESTERN 2 CYCLE FARM ENGINE HIT & MISS L@@K!!!
You are bidding on a very rare 2hp Northwestern upright. Tank cooled, 2 cycle farm engine. The engine was made by Northwestern Steel and Iron Works in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The engine is in great shape mechanically. It is missing some parts, the engine is supposed to have two flywheels, they are the same, so casting another would be as easy as using the existing flywheel for a pattern. It is also missing the timer and timer lever, please see last picture for what it's supposed to look like) This engine has been converted to a sideshaft with a automobile timer. The engine has been used just as it is and run at shows with the existing ignition system. If you wanted to convert it back to the original lever system, I DO have a complete engine identical to this one, I could help in the way of pictures, and all the dimensions you like. It ... morewould be quite simple to convert it back, this is a really simple engine. The engine was sold by the Chicago House Wrecking Co, and they called it the"Superior" it was however built by Northwestern. The engine has great compression, flywheel runs true. Carburetor is correct, and in great shape. NO cracks, breaks or welds anywhere on the engine. Has a really nice, early cast brass oiler on it. Water jacket has no issues as all. There are only a handful of these engines in existence, and this one would not take a lot, to take it back to original. If your not picky, you can show it just as it is, it's a very impressive looking engine! If you collect oddball engines or rare 2 cycles, this is one you may never have the chance to buy again! Feel free to ask questions. NO RESERVE! SO BID TO WIN! I can deliver this engine to Portland. IN or Coolspring, PA swap meets or shows this spring and summer for $35. A very nice original old brass Michigan oiler with beautiful light amber colored glass. Oiler has a vent tube and was used on an antique stationary gasoline engine.
