It runs smooth and quiet and can be put in to service immediately. This ... moremill can be run on either SINGLE or THREE PHASE(220V) So. If you have a shop that does not have 3 phase power, you can immediately install and run this machine without any fancy converters. The machine was bought new in 2002 by a local Albuquerque CNC shop which closed recently. It was their smallest CNC mill(they had at least 10 big CNC machines used for production) It was used infrequently and almost entirely for prototyping and second ops in aluminum. I found nothing but aluminum chips in it. TOTAL ACTUAL run time on machine is approx 2850 hours. That's hours electrically ON. Not hours cutting or spindle hours. So, the machine was on less than 300 hours a year and cutting for much less than that. Manufacture date 2002. Serial 28204 Ver. M11.19N MOCON 12.07 This mill is set up as a basic model and was ordered without an ATC(automatic tool changer) As the original owner did not require it. The mill does not come with any tooling. Machine specs: X axis travel: 30" Y axis Travel 12" Z axis travel 16" minimum 4" to table) Table Size 47.75" x 10.5" Table has one or 2 very minor drill marks) 7.5Hp spindle motor. Max 4000 rpm Cat 40 Spindle Taper 200 in/min max feed rate(X.Y,Z axes) Machine weight is approximately 2900 lb and can be easily(and carefully) picked up with a regular forklift. Included are the partially enclosed splash/safety guard. Flood coolant system with tank and pump, RS-232 port, original manual, disk, and certification. The only things to mention are that there is some typical paint chipped off inside the splash guard. This machine was running perfect when disconnected. This was bought new for cutting proto type plastic parts. This machine seen very little use and never seen a load on the spindle. Not a scratch, all we did was wipe the dust off of it. At this point we cannot find any metal chips on machine, just plastic and some carbon? The coolant tank had some liquid in it but we do not think it was used? This is optioned out with the renishaw probe system $5500.00 and 30,000 RPM spindle $25000.00 with the 1000 block look ahead computer software along with the High speed software Package $2500.00 Loaded with everything to do very high end ultra precision work. Will load for free. From experience we feel machine will need serviced when installed with new battery's as machine has been sitting for 5 months. For auction is a superb antique bracket style clock made by the German makers Philip Haas& Sohne. Can be used on a bracket. Table or mantel. A 14 day Mahogany cased clock with boxwood/ satin wood banding and inlay. Striking on a bar once on the half hour and accordingly on the hour. Movement has recently been serviced. Case has sympathetically been cleaned. Original brass silvered dial in superb condition. The base of the case even has the original paper label(or part of) Beautiful brass carrying handles and brass bun feet. Makers mark on the back of the movement. Comes with great fitting key but not the original. The hinge at some point has been re-soldered. Although a strong joint its not the tidiest. There is a little play in the hinge and a little missing but its still strong. Original Army Philippine Campaign Medal numbered No. 16647 issued to First Sergeant John Haas. Ret who served in the 18th US Infantry and the 33rd US Volunteer Infantry during the Philippine Insurrection John Haas was born on March 6. 1891 in Hanover, Pennsylvania. He was a shoemaker prior to enlisting in the Regular Army. Haas enlisted on August 18. 1893 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was assigned to Company B, 18 th US Infantry. He served in the Philippines during the occupation period of the Spanish American War and into the early phase of the Philippines insurrection. He would have been present at the following engagements: Jaro on February 12. 1899 Jaro on March 1. 1899 Jaro Brigade on March 16. 1899 Hass was discharge don August 17. 1899 in Manila as a Private. Haas married ca. 1900 to Nettie Levinye. Who had a daughter to a prior ... morerelationship. Haas then enlisted in the US Volunteers. Sometime in 1899. Haas was discharged on April 29. 1904 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma as a Private. Haas lived it up for a week and then reenlisted on Mary 6. 1904 in San Antonio, Texas. This bottle is in good shape with no chips or cracks. It has one small fish eye bruise on the blob on the back of the bottle. It has case wear and haze. The bottle on the right is embossed on the front I. LEVINSON 346 WEST 12TH ST CHICAGO. On the back is an embossed picture of a lion and the words THIS BOTTLE IS NEVER SOLD TRADE MARK REGISTERED. 2011 HAAS VF-3 CNC Maching Center
I have up for sale my HAAS VF3 CNC machining center. This unit is privately owned. Like new, and has never been used in a heavy production environment. I am the only person who has ever programmed, set up, operated, and maintained this machine. Being privately owned, I have kept it in VERY good condition. I own a small machine shop located in Kokomo, IN and I no longer need such a large CNC mill. This mill has mainly cut various plastics and aluminums, machine has never been wrecked. I've never had a single problem with this machine, it has ran great from day one. This mill is very rigid and very fast.
