I did not go through page by page. But it looks to be a complete useable manual. It has some paint loss and stains on the outer binder. Some of the pages are stained, the edges show signs of wear and some are creased or folded. It looks like it was dropped open on the floor(see last picture) and caused some stains and creases to the pages. There are some color pages that shows more detail.
