The 1912A covers the frequency range from 5 Hz to 125 MHz at its high impedance input, and from 50 MHz to 520 MHz at its 50 ohm terminated input. Its Period and Period Average functions enable you to accurately measure very low frequencies(the reciprocal of the period) You can also use it to count events up to 9999999 using its Totalize mode. This unit is also equipped with Option 01, battery operation, for use away from a fixed power source. The battery pack consists of four 1.2 V rechargeable Ni-Cad batteries that are easily replaced. This is a fluke 8840A that I have tested against a recently calibrated HP34401A(so I am using it as a transfer standard in conjunction with a stable power supply) Please note the plastic covering the display is missing. However the display is still bright. The manual will be sold as a print out in a binder. The unit will come with two probes(pamona brand sharp probes ~150 miliohms resistance) and a AC power cord(IEC cord) The calibration was performed by using the 34401A in 6.5 digit mode with low pass filter on 3Hz.
