I am selling a La Pavoni EP- EPL Espresso Coffee machine. Manufactured in Italy. In 2001. This machine is in very good condition and operates perfectly. Comes with the cappuccino automatic and the turbo cappuccino. There is also a smaller filter and rubber insert to use with coffee capsules. Original instructions are included. There is one rubber peg missing from the bottom of the base(see pic) You can replace it or level the unit with some paper. As I did.

Lavazza Espresso Point - Espresso Machine - With 276 Pods!
Included are 94 sealed packages of decaffeinated pods for a total of 188 decaf espresso pods. Also included are 44 sealed packages of regular pods for a total of 88 regular espresso pods. The machine starts up and makes nice tasting espresso. The steamer works well and creates a nice foam. There is a small leak. The tray that collects the pods after each use fills with water during the brewing process. I am not certain where the leak is but it seems likely that it is a missing flange or something simple. I don't see any parts that appear obviously damaged. I find that I can dump the water that collects in the drawer between drinks and it doesn't seem to be affecting the quality of the coffee. This is one of the most beautiful machines I've seen. I ended up convincing myself that I wanted a dual boiler machine so this one is for sale. Machine is in great shape and makes amazing espresso and espresso based drinks. I took it for a checkup about 6 months ago and it didn't need any sort of servicing. This machine is known for being a bit loud. When it's first turned on it makes a few second grunt-like sound as it sucks water from the reservoir through a water-softening piece. I have had this machine for about two years. Shortly after acquiring it. I took it to MR. ESPRESSO in Oakland, CA- a sales& repair shop run by a crew of talented old Italian men. They gave it a full tune-up, replacing the pump and a lot of the old rubber tubing as well as a full cleaning. It functions wonderfully, it has served me well and I took good care of it. Most importantly, it makes super espresso. Super-sturdy cast aluminum build. Copper boiler(08 gal. 6 gal. water reservoir, solinoid valve, over-pressure valve, three-hole steam tip, spring-loaded commercial-sized(58mm) portafilter. Now called the Faema Family, this is the better, burlier, original-version with the brass(as opposed to aluminum) boiler.
