This is a good running used Kubota V2203 low time Diesel engine that came out of a Ransome Mower. It is a low time engine in very good condition with approximately 2700 hours on it. It runs and idles perfect. Oil pressure, and compression is excellent. No oil leaks at all and starts right up even when cold. This is a variable governor engine and these engines can be used to build 24kw- 27kw size Diesel generators or put into skid steers. I built one using the same exact engine out of another ransome mower. I originally bought this engine to make another generator but decided that I don't have the time or the need for another one. You are bidding on a Military diesel generator MEP-006A. It is a 60KW diesel generator with an Allis-Chalmers 6cyl turbo diesel 3500A motor. It has 1650 hours on the meter and it fires right up. The military significantly under-rates their equipment these units can run 80KW easily. It is configured for 3 phase either high 240/416 volt or low 120/208 volt. It uses a 12 wire head. I have instructions to reconfigure its wiring board for 120/240 volt single phase. It is on a trailer with 4 good tires. The trailer shows use but rolls nicely it has a pintle loop on the front and it will hook up to a civillian truck height hitch. Big honking mufflers, with flexable short extensions, a few pipes for water lines and the 8 spring pads it rests on. its heavy just the generator must weigh 14000 lbs alone. we can lift it on a trailer for you if you buy it. it was stored inside until yesterday when we picked it up and we have it covered now. I will part it out if no one shows interest in it. we are located in southern mn.

CRANKSHAFT SD 802 Continental Motors 6 cylinder diesel generator engine R&M STD
This is an extremely rare crankshaft for a SD 802 Continental Motors 6 Cylinder diesel engine. It is STANDARD on both rod and main bearings and has not been welded or turned and has no decernable wear. The best I can figure the engine was abandoned because of injector pump failure. Water got in the intake later and froze in one of the cylinders ruining the block but leaving the rest of the engine in good condition. Originally used to power a 50K generator. I have had this shaft examined by Automotive Engine Service in Nacogdoches Tx. to verify its condition. It has been vat cleaned and coated with rust inhibiter. Polishing is recommended before installation. If you request it I will have it polished before delivery at no cost. If you are building an engine the cost of turning an existing shaft will almost offset the cost of this shaft. This ... moreshaft weighs near 250 lbs and is 55 inches long.
