Xenon High Power Ruby YAG or Dye Laser Silica Quartz Flash Lamp Tube 5in Arc
This item is a very powerful xenon gas flash lamp for a ruby or dye laser. It is optimized for fast pulses to generate more blue or UV light. The lamp is made of fused silica that passes to UVC. But doped to cut off the ozone generating wavelengths. It would be ideal for pumping a home built dye laser. The electrode ends are 1/4 inch diameter and the silica part is 5/16 inch diameter with the trigger wire as shown. The lamp has been tested and works fine, you will need a minimum of about 650V to fire this lamp. It would be an ideal match for the big scary HV capacitor I have in another listing. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.
