Up for sale is a pair of Philips AD 0163 T8 1" soft dome tweeters with the gaskets. These tweeters are 8 ohms. These are a matched pair. They look great& sound excellent. The domes are in excellent condition. The back of the motor has a few light scratches from sitting on a shelf for a while. These tweeters also have a very heavy motor. I bought these tweeters for a 3-way speaker build. But went another direction with the build. The outer flange diameter is 3-3/4" The hole cutout size is 2-3/4" NOTE: This model of Philips tweeters were used in several vintage name brand speakers. After giving these tweeters some thought. These Philips tweeters may very well have been pulled from the well respected vintage DCM Speakers. Back when DCM made great sounding vintage speakers.
