IFR A-8000 10kHz - 2.6GHz Spectrum Analyzer
Unit is in fairly good physical condition. As far as we know there are no parts missing. Unit initializes normally. First displaying the IFR logo and then moves next to the spectrum monitoring screen. We connected the input of the unit to the 100 MHz test output on the front panel and the displayed wave form was as expected. We used a signal generator to input signals at 1 MHz. 10 MHz, and 1GHz; in each case the resulting waveform was as expected. In other words, the amplitude and frequency were correct. Even though the unit appears to be functioning properly, we cannot guarantee that it is calibrated properly or that it is without problems. Sold AS-IS. No returns, no warranty.

Excellent condition. Have had it for about 4 years. Been sitting in storage. Fired it up and it's still as accurate as when I repaired and calibrated it 4 years ago. Can only now test it at to10Mhz- 2.6Ghz.10.5Ghz and 18Ghz. I know shipping is a bit much but it weights over 80lbs. Our refurbished equipment prices may be more than other models for sale because we take the risk out of buying used equipment. Many of the models of test equipment we refurbish and sell are fully tested and repaired if needed. In the process they are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned and inspected for suspect components and or corrosion. Other sellers equipment is often labels as 100% testing and working but do they really spend the time to test it completely and thoroughly inspect it. From our experience. 9 out of the 10 pieces of equipment we purchase for ... morerefurbishment was up for auction or sale because it has failed a functional test and or calibration from the original user although it was listed as 100% tested and working.
