Pionjar Jackhammer in Good Running Condition
A well used Pionjar Jackhammer Model BR52. It's missing paint. One side handle looks like it has been repaired. Smokes a little when it runs which may or may not be a carb adjustment. The Youtube video should tell the rest. It starts, runs and can break concrete. Its heavy at just under 70 pounds and is powerful. It has a 2 cycle engine that uses 50 weight oil. I have been using 50 weight racing oil with good results. Uses a 12;1 ratio Some of the extra oil is used to lubricate the piston. Some excess oil can be seen on the lower parts above the bit. I tried to show that in the video. The other pictures show the same area. I don't think it is necessarily a defect or excessive wear as the oil is needed to lubricate the piston. Anyway I mention it as part of the condition. It took a few pulls to get it started. Thats after sitting for ... morethree months. I used full choke and probably could have used a partial choke as that was where it started. One other thing that occasionally happens is that the starter pawls on the recoil starter don't grab. It happens maybe once every 15-20 pulls. Then what you do is rotate the fan blade about an eighth of a revolution and you're good to go. The manual states that this unit can perform drilling functions but since I lack the proper implement to drill. It is untested in that function. Item sold"as is" Comes with the service manual. The wooden case in which it will be shipped and a moil point chisel that was new a few months ago. The wooden case is very heavy duty but is lacking latches as seen in the picture.Shipping is high because the whole set is about one hundred pounds. You can pick it up if you like as long as payment is made at end of auction and pick up is within two weeks. I removed the bit holder from the unit so that it would fit in the case. It is simple to put back on and I will in clued photos describing it. Shipping cost is to lower 48 states.

Up for sale I have a PIONJAR 120 jackhammer This unit came from a small contractor that had retired and sold off his equipment. I was told it worked fine when it was last used. However that was about sixteen months ago.It comes with one bit that is in the picture and the box that is in very rough shape as you can see.I did pull the start rope and it works fine and seems to have good compression I also checked for spark at the plug and that is fine. I am sure it may need some carburator work to get it to run again. HMI Slab-jacking Mud-Jacking pump with Pionjar 120 Drill Breaker
Up for sale is a HMI power pump II that we have modified by increasing the hopper height to service more material handling capabilities. There is nothing at all wrong with this pump other than the fact that it sits idle while my concrete business has abruptly grown. Not leaving me any time to slab-jack or as many others call it: Mud-jack. Along with the pump comes the standard 5 foot(2" material injection hose. 2 of them actually) as well as 2 additional 12 foot sections of 2" high pressure grouting hose and associated connection collars. There is also a Pionjar Berema 120 Drill/Breaker with a few drill shanks and bits. Anyone wishing to get into the slabjacking business without putting high dollars out for new equipment might be interested in considering my equipment. I also have available a steak body truck. A material box that ... moreholds roughly 5 cu/yds of material, and ramp for running the pump up on the truck. A worthy note here would be to let people know that this pump is hydraulically self driven, can fit between a standard 29 inch door opening, and has no problem pulling a 30% grade filled with material. This was our 4th pump from HMI Mud-pumps over the past 20+ years. We have serviced extensively in the NY. NJ and PA area and made alot of money. The only product material ever ran through this pump was fly ash and cement. Never have we used pea gravel or highly abrasive materials. I have for sale a very nice Atlas Copco Pionjar rock drill. It is Pionjar model 120. I just took it in to have it serviced as it had been sitting for about 10 years. The repair shop said it started on the second pull and was in great shape. They needed to do nothing to it. It comes in the original wood cary box with the original manuals. it also includes(1) used chisel bit. 1) used point bit, 2) 1 1/4" used drill bits 16" under collar length, and(1) 2" used drill bit 24" under coller length. Drill bits are all carbide. There is also a used set of feather and wedges for splitting stone and rock. Buyer pays all shipping charges in the lower 48 USA states only.
