Guthrie" It also reads"Dial Ratio 2 to 1" It measures 3.5" in diameter and is 5.25" tall to the end of the shaft which the shaft measures about 2.5" long and.75" in diameter. Everything is a ground surface. I rarely see quality like this without makers marks. The previous owner build a custom box to hold everything in. And it did it's job. That box can is included in shipping. If you DON'T want that box, shipping can be reduced to $12 for a medium flat rate, and I'll use that box to hold MY boring head. All the ammenities.
