With a shank that measures 15/16 x ½ and an adjustable hole that starts at a quarter inch, the other is I think an Armstrong, but it’s not really readable. Size of that one is ¾ x 5/16, with a 7/16” hole for the tool. Please note there is a fair amount of oxidation on each. And they’ll need a run through a wire wheel.
