Guthrie" It also reads"Dial Ratio 2 to 1" It measures 3.5" in diameter and is 5.25" tall to the end of the shaft which the shaft measures about 2.5" long and.75" in diameter. Screw turn fairly tightly but I think its supposed to be that way since there is no locking mechanism. It takes 1/2" bars but looks like it was modified to accept 3/8" as well. I'm not sure. Please look at the picture of the hole to see that it was altered a little bit. It is also inscribed with a person's name on the top and sides.
