Up for sale is a Chandler duplex boring head. Item is in good usable condition. Shank 1 1/2" long 5/8" od. This means they collect a percentage of the shipping cost besides the standard item cost. On a smaller USPS Priority mail item the cost is really not effected, any difference I absorb as the seller. However on larger items shipped UPS Ground or trucking, I must add weight or adjust to reflect the percentage the host takes. For ex sample if I'm sending a 100 pound item from Massachusetts to Oregon via UPS Ground I would be paying 10 dollars towards shipping. Heavier trucked items the amount can be much higher

Flynn #7B boring head 5/8" shank takes 1/2" 3/8" bars USA 2"
Nice boring head made in Detroit. MI USA. 7B has a 5/8" shank. Looks like with bars that take tool bits you could do approximately a 2" hole. Probably smaller with straight bars. Screw turn fairly tightly but I think its supposed to be that way since there is no locking mechanism. It takes 1/2" bars but looks like it was modified to accept 3/8" as well. I'm not sure. Please look at the picture of the hole to see that it was altered a little bit. It is also inscribed with a person's name on the top and sides.

Used boring bar takes 321. 322, 323 style inserts. I believe APT? shank is 2 5/8" long, 3/4" diameter. Tip of insert to back edge of head is 1" use for holes larger than 1" Bar has light burr from set screw. And light wear to front edge of seat(see photo) There is a 0degree seat in the bar right now. If I can find any other seats before I ship, I will include them. No guarantees. The bar is straight, and still in very good condition. Both clamp screws are in good condition.
