A Porter Cable 1002/ 22.000 RPM Router is attached to a Thompson Linear Ball Bearing. Vertical slide actuated by a Speedaire Air Cylinder to yield a smooth, regulated plunge. The workpiece is held to a 15” dia. rotating turntable with an adjustable, fast acting, clamping jig. The turntable is variable speed and driven by a Dayton Gearmotor and Speed Control. The whole cycle is automatic once the operator presses the“2” cycle start buttons- all motion stops and router returns“up” upon release of buttons. K2CNC CNC router machine 14" x 14" made in USA Aluminum High Precision KT-1414
Reluctantly selling my K2CNC brand KT-1414 CNC desktop router as I have no room to set it up and my little baby prefers I play with him instead of my gadgets anyway. I purchased this CNC several years ago to do some V bit engraving and it has not really seen much use at all. Just a few little experiments and projects. It has a usable area of about 14 inches square(however it will hold longer material under the gantry) and the Z up and down travel is about 3.5" They designed the mount to use a standard rotozip tool and I will include one with it ready to go as well as my collection of collets and screws and bits etc I have for it. The unit will disassemble and all the parts are CNC made with alignment holes and pins and screw together with hex head machine screws; it is quite rigid and will easily mill aluminum with the correct tooling ... moreand feed rates. The screws that the unit was made with I believe are 10tpi with antibacklash nuts which when microstepping gives fantastic resolution(like 0.001" The CNC currently is driven by a Xylotex 4 axis control board mounted in a custom enclosure with fan and power supply and uses a parallel port connection to the PC. The stepper motors are Xylotex 2.8A/phase motors with aluminum helical flex couplers. The controller is a 4 axis controller and I have another unused matching stepper motor to use as a spare or you could add a 4th axis such as a rotary table. The current setup gives me rapid transit speeds of about 37IPM. This could be changed for your specific application by doing things like running a higher power stepper controller. Using gear reducers, changing the screws, better tuning etc. Currently I have a piece of 3/4" MDF as the table but it is possible to use a wide variety of tables including an aluminum slab and at one time I had a little custom vac table I used with a shop vac to hold down material. I like MDF because it is fairly easy to mill so that the surface is perfectly parallel with the gantry and easy on the bits should things take a turn for

Almost ready to run! Assuming you already own a computer with Mach3 or any other software. You will only need a Dremel 300 available at the Home Depot to run this machine! I will include a new carbide PCB bit to get you started. I have been using this machine for printed circuit board milling with excellent results. Especially with the Zen Toolworks Spindle(not included) I will be offering in a separate auction with very precise cuts and runoff next to nothing. This auction is for one Emco PC Mill 105 CNC Machine. This machine was purchased new from Emco and used it for a total of 100 hours or less. It is in amazing condition and has been in a climate controlled environment for its entire life. It comes with approx. $8.000 in toolholders. Toolholders include tap holders, several ER-16 collet chucks, shell mill holders and end mill holders. This machine has a 10 tool automatic tool changer. The mill currently has the Siemens 840D software set up on it. I will include the software CD that has FANUC and other software on it. This machine with the stand. 3-axis CNC router/plasma cutting machine - custom built
I built this as a hobby project. I wanted the machine to be able to do 3D wood. Light 3D metal, and 2D metal plasma cutting. I accomplished those goals, except I don't have a water table for the plasma cutter which could be added if someone wanted to do that. It has a cutting area of 28 x 40. I have made very nice wooden signs with it as well as some metal parts for my car and I just started playing around with the plasma cutting features. The plasma cutter is a Thermal Dynamics and has a sever cut rating of up to 3/4" in mild steel. The plasma cutter itself has only been used around 40 hours. It is very heavy and weighs about 1500 pounds or so. It has travels of about 150IPM. It is fairly accurate based on my measuring tools. If I make a circle that is 10" in diameter it will come out at 10.000 inches with about a plus or minus.004" ... moredeviation. The control electronics are CandCNC and it has Keling stepper motors and drivers. This will come with a desktop computer, keyboard, mouse and monitor with a licensed copy of MACH3 for the controller software. Remember this is a hobby machine and while you may be able to make money with it you really need to look at this as a machine that you will tinker with and learn on. If it doesn't sell during this listing then I will just part everything out but, I hate to do that since I spent so much time building this machine. It also comes with a very nice fog buster misting system for doing metal work. It requires 2 220V 30A circuits to run it. If you want to run the plasma cutter you will need to have your own air compressor. The air compressor air should be dry and free of oil for best results. PLEASE READ BELOW* I will NOT crate this or otherwise ship it via freight. I am willing to explain where to get a special trailer to move this that costs about 100 per day to rent from a local rental company. I will help with loading it up on that trailer but. 5x10 TORCHMATE 3 CNC ROUTER and PLASMA MACHINE with THERMA DYNAMICS CUTTER
I bought this CNC plasma cutting machine new from Applied Robotics. Inc. about 8 years ago for $19342.98. It has been used no more then 20 hours. It is in excellent condition. It will cut up to a 5'x10' sheet. The frame is aluminum and can be disassembled. The plasma cutter is a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 101 with a 25' machine torch. It has the Torchmate Arc Voltage torch height control unit that controls the Z height or the tip distance to the surface. It has the cable carrier system. Also has the torch mate machine interface for router and the physical Z-Axis routing for the Torchmate 3. The router has an air motor with the z-axis drive shown in the photos. The drive and motor mounts to a plate with the plasma head so you can drill holes and then cut. You can also use it as a router only without the plasma cutter. I have never ... moreused the router side of this machine. Comes with the software; Torchmate CAD, Bobcad-CAM 3-D. It has a Pentium 4 computer with monitor, keyboard, mouse, scanner and a drawing board 2. Also comes with a UPS for the computer and controls. The metal slats that stand upright across the machine are replaceable and can be turned over to use the other side. The air motor, computer and slates were extra cost and not bought from Tourchmate. I have over $20000.00 invested in this machine. This machine can be taken apart and shipped by truck but it will need to be crated. If you want to ship by truck, you must make the arrangements with the trucking company and pay me for the tear down and crating. I can deliver it on a open trailer for a fee within reason. I am in southern Ohio.
