But there was no'jogging' A quick peek under the hood showed that the special amber colored rubber drive coupling was now dark brown and had broken off. We were able to order more of this exact hose and repaired it. We have a few more of these drive link hoses if your LECTROJOG needs on too. This part works perfect, is made from the correct type of rubber(normal rubber hose is not correctly flexible) and ships for free. How to check yours. And change it: The bottom has an access cover. It slides off at least on our model. Inside you can see the eccentric jogger, using a large flat blade screwdriver, turn the 4 screws in the paper holder while holding the nuts inside. Then remove the jogger part. Now you can get to the access cover from underneth, carefully push the two detents inside ant pop the cover off. We were not able to pry it off from the outside and did not want to break it. We got it off okay this way. Now you can remove the motor end clamp, and work off what is left of the link on the motor end. We found it easier to put the link on the jogger part first, tighten that clamp, then do the other end. Remember to put the other clamp over the hose before you put it on the motor. Wetting the shaft with water might help it slide, we were able to get it on dry. Reinstall the jogger once you get the link hose far enough onto the shaft. We knew it was okay when the link hose, at rest with no tension, had the jogger correctly lined up with the mounting screws. Put it back together and you are all done. You might want to add some more oil to the two capped oilers on the jogger as it is real easy at this time. ODM Sticker casing-in machine. We were using this up until last week- it is fully operational and in good. Used condition. I believe the year is 2008 or 2009. Serial# is 151. ALL parts and components are included. It has the extra paste attachment included as well. We have the safety covers off- you can see them in the photos. Putting them back on would only take a few minutes. Also photographed is the custom stainless steel cleaning rack we had made- it is a GREAT addition and included. The glue pots on these are heavy and awkward. This tray straddles the sink and makes clean up so much easier! This Faber Castell FC101 power stapler with adjustable flat or saddle stitch guide plate has a bench-top clamp and a foot pedal. This machine was made by Isaberg manufacturing for Faber Castell and is nearly equal to the Isaberg Rapid model 101E; for which I have an instruction manual. This stapler is a workhorse and is great for repeated stapling of multi-page reports and booklets. It will staple 45 sheets on the flat and 20 sheets on the saddle of standard 20# copy paper. I used this stapler to help produce a 500 member fraternal newsletter for only a couple of years. Until e-mail became faster and cheaper than USPS. It has been on a back shelf since. It has some cosmetic scratches on the shield, but the unit operates the same as when I bought it originally.
