This is a three day auction for an in nice condition(removed from Caesars Palace during a remodel) Tecna Saima CA150 automatic pasta sheeter kneader. The system works without issues. This system is designed to prepare 150 lbs/hr of sheeted pasta. The top of the system is the kneader and there is a handle that transfers the kneaded dough through the sheater. Typically a rolling pin is put on the handles in the front of the feeder and the dough is rolled up as the machine sheets or extrudes(not really an extrusion because it is rolled) The system runs on three phase 208 or 230 VAC power. You are looking at a used. Working Somerset CDR-500 dough sheeter. I got this at a school auction where they were selling equipment they longer used. The adjustment lever works easily.
