The 2x2 is not included in this auction The 3x3 is basically a 3ft wide 3ft deep by 6ft tall unit. The firebox is insulated on the bottom with 1.5” thick concrete and contains(3) 6x4” vents on each side of the firebox for ample inlet flow. In between the firebox and main chamber is a 2” thick insulated plate to shield the bottom racks of the smoker from excess heat radiating from the firebox underneath. The heat and smoke are transferred into the main chamber via 4 inlets. Two inlets are set low in the smoker and 2 inlets are set midway up from the bottom of the main chamber. This allows for even heat distribution within the main chamber. The main chamber consists of 5 slide out racks measuring 30” by 34.5 giving you around 36 sq feet of cooking surface which is quite a bit of room considering the footprint of the smoker. This unit at 36sq ft is equal to offset firebox smokers that are 30" diameter and 6-8ft long. Also on each slide is a custom made hanging rod bracket system allowing you to hang your own sausage. It consists of a 36" long main chamber that’s 20 inches in diameter. Two cooking racks measuring 32” by 19” and 32" by 16” giving you right at 7.75 square feet of cooking surface. Sitting on top of the firebox is a 16” diameter by 30" tall smoker/warmer perfect for chickens. Links or just keeping things warm. It is connected to the main chamber by a 6” by 4” vent that can be opened for smoking or shut off completely turning the smoker into a warmer. Inside the smoker is 3 removable cooking racks that have a combined cooking surface of about 3.5 square feet. The smoker has its own temp gauge and spring steel handles and adjustable 3 inch diameter stack. The pit is designed with industry standard Reverse Flow. Contact me if you’d like a description of its characteristics. I have taken this a step farther and made the reverse flow baffle removable. In doing this you can turn this smoker into a Charcoal Grill. Simply pull the baffle out. Insert the 2ft by 1ft charcoal box and start cooking steaks. The charcoal tray receives air from the firebox vents the same was as it would when cooking with wood. Only difference is the charcoal try is positioned in place of the Baffle. I have a Southern Pride Smoker xlr-350-slm for sale. It has been used for the last two years in my restaurant and catering business. It works very well using hickory wood. It uses propane gas to help regulate the temperature. It currently needs a new rotisserie motor and gear and a new gas valve to be fully functional. I have been using it with just wood and it does a great job. I have used it for my restaurant business and also catering. I have been able to smoke meat for as many as 500 ppl at one time. RARE OLD KOREAN PRINT circa 1946 Title: GAME OF CHESS Artist: Elizabeth Keith[British Printmaker. 1887-1956] Elizabeth Keith was born in Scotland and was a self-taught artist. Her sister married an English publisher who worked in Tokyo and Elizabeth went to visit her there in 1915 intending to stay for a short holiday. She travelled to China. Korea and the Philippines, painting watercolours of the fascinating scenes she saw. On her return to Tokyo she held a small exhibition and the entrepreneurial Japanese print publisher Watanabe Shozaburo persuaded her to allow his highly skilled carvers and printers to produce woodblock prints from some of her paintings. Keith wanted to master the techniques herself and she stayed on in Tokyo to study woodblock printing. Before long her blocks were carved and printed with little aid from Watanabe's ... moreartisans. Her first prints met with great success. Watanabe was delighted to publish prints by an artist whose work would be appreciated by European and American collectors. Keith was influenced by Fritz Capelari, the Austrian artist whose prints were published by Watanabe and who in his own turn had gone to Japan after the success in Vienna and Berlin of his countryman, Emil Orlik's prints made there early in the century. Keith travelled throughout East Asia and produced more than one hundred prints of oriental subjects. They were well received in the United States and Britain but Watanabe's studio was destroyed in the 1923 Tokyo earthquake and most of Keith's woodblocks were lost. She returned to England in 1924 and went to France to study the art of etching but in the early 1930s she was again back in the east and she stayed and worked there until just before the Second World War. After the war she went to the United States, where she died although in her last year she held an exhibition in Tokyo. Vintage Honey Bee Hive Smoker and screen Hood, Works
This old bee hive smoker and hood are just as I found them in the basement. My dad used them years ago. There is still some"nut shells" in the smoker. As he would drop them in when he ate nuts, guess it helped to make smoke. The baffel still produces a"puff" when it is squeezed.It is unmarked with the exception of 1951 stamped on the wood. The hood is made of screen and cloth and is good with the exception of a small hole in the fabric, as I have shown in the pictures. I took a lot of pictures so you could look it over.

THE ARTIST MANAGED TO CREATE AN EXPRESION OR EMOTION IN THE FACIAL FEATURES THAT ALMOST MAKE YOU FEEL THE JOY OR HAPPINES HE IS FEELING FROM WHATEVER IT IS IN HIS BONG OR PIPE! THE EYE LIDS. NOSE, LIPS AND EARS ARE CARVED IN A VERY LIFELIKE MANNER. PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT MY PHOTOS WHICH SHOW THIS PIECE FROM ALL SIDES.
