This is for one used in good condition plastic pizza pan cover that came from Pizza Hut. It has the name molded into the bottom as you see it in the picture. This goes over the top of your pizza pan once you have the dough in it for storage purposes while the dough rises or while you're holding the dough for use. These are professional grade deep dish pans and trays. They came from the storage room of a Dominos store I used to work for. The owner was moving and I helped him move. To thank me he let me rummage through everything before he donated it or threw it out. He also told me that these cost.75-$1.00 to have cleaned.
