These came from a warehouse full of parts and pieces ... moreof equipment used in a grocery store business. These packages have been setting on a shelf for quite a few years and the blades look to have a light oil on them from the factory. Upon further examination I took a couple out of the sleave and took a picture for your consideration. The oil seems to have dried up in some areas causing what appears to be either dirty oil stains or very light surface rust. When I wiped one blade the residue wiped off but left a stain mark. Still not sure what I'm looking at but the blades are all very clean on the business end and I'm quite sure the stain would be gone after a couple uses or maybe a good cleaning. I'm sure they must clean these before using anyway to remove the factory oil on them. Need More? Just ask me I have a bunch of these. This blade according to Olivers website fits Models 709. 711, 732, 777, and 797 and are made of high carbon chrome vanadium tempered steel. They advertise exclusive extended shelf life packaging, but you be the judge. These will ship from Columbus.
