HUGE Commercial Bakery DOUBLE Rolling Rack 8' Tall Bread Trays Pan Sheet Speed
This listing is for one 8' rolling bakery tray rack. The racks are designed to hold flat or short sided bakery bread trays. The OUTSIDE dimensions of the racks are approx 8 foot tall( a little taller actually. With the wheels) x 43.25" deep, by 29" wide, as shown in pics. These are big double deep racks, with 15 slots, each holding 2 bread/bakery trays/sheet pans, etc. The rack is made of sturdy lightweight material(so light, I think it is all cast aluminum) The racks show signs of use. One of them had a split weld on a bottom corner, as shown. This is an easy repair with common hardware, and does not affect the way the rack moves, rolls, or operates. Wheels also show signs of use, but the carts still roll smooth, with very little effort. They racks have rear reinforcement to keep them sturdy. The trays that came out of the ... morerack are approx 27.5 x 21.5, and as mentioned, 2 will fit per shelf. It can hold flat trays of those dimensions, or racks with short sides. It is 69 3/4" high, 26" long and 20 3/8" deep. It is constructed of heavy duty, high tensile, extruded aluminum. Type 6463-T5 alloy. The supporting cross braces have gussets securely welded into place. It fits 18" x26" Sheet Pans. The tray slides are 1-¼” x 1-5/8” x.100 extruded aluminum angle welded to frame. They are securely welded into place, front and back, making sure that all cracks and crevices are sealed. They are welded both vertically and horizontally for support. Each angle slide is ribbed in order to minimize the galling or flaking that can occur when pans are slid on and off. You are bidding on a Win-Holt Aluminum Bakery Rack. It stands just shy of 68" with the castors and just shy of 63" by itself. Over 5 feet tall! Outside dimensions are about 20" wide and about 26 1/2" deep. It is not heated or insulated. I counted 39 shelves plus the bottom and I believe it is described as a 40 shelf unit. The castors are smooth rolling and very heavy duty. I would describe it as being in good used condition. It is not banged up or all bent up. The door closes properly. I see a little rust on some of the hardware that holds the door and castors but this has absolutely no bearing on this cabinet's functionality and can be cleaned. Please look close at the pictures. It appears to me that it originally had a solid aluminum door and the original owner has cut large openings and drilled holes for the installation ... moreof plexiglass windows but never finished. All you need to do is add the plexiglass. Even the nuts and bolts to mount the panels are there.
