The wheels are made outof non-marking polyurethane to protect floors and minimize noise. The caster plates are securely welded to the frame and casters are then bolted to the caster plate not directly to the frame…with four bolts. Commercial Bakery DOUBLE Rolling Rack 8' HUGE Tray Bread Speed Bun Sheet Pan
This listing is for one 8' rolling bakery tray rack. The racks are designed to hold flat bakery bread trays. The OUTSIDE dimensions of the racks are approx 8 foot tall( a little taller actually. With the wheels) x 43.25" deep, by 29" wide, as shown in pics. These are big double deep racks, with each of the 15 slots, each holding 2 bread/bakery trays/sheet pans, etc. I have many flat trays that can be sold with it, if you are interested, please let me know and I will create you a custom listing. The rack is made of sturdy lightweight material(so light, I think it is all aluminum) The racks show signs of use. One of them had a split weld on a bottom corner, as shown. This is an easy repair with common hardware, and does not affect the way the rack moves, rolls, or operates. Wheels also show signs of use, but the carts still roll ... moresmooth, with very little effort. They racks have rear reinforcement to keep them sturdy. The trays that came out of the rack are approx 27.5 x 21.5, and as mentioned, 2 will fit per shelf. It can hold flat racks of those dimensions, or racks with short sides. This rack is used but it is an EXCELLENT CONDITION. It lists new for almost $700.00. This rack is also called a Speed Rack. Bun Pan Rack& Bakery Rack. It is 20 tiers and it's an end-loading rack. It is 69 3/4" high, 26" long and 20 3/8" deep. It is constructed of heavy duty, high tensile, extruded aluminum. Type 6463-T5 alloy. The supporting cross braces have gussets securely welded into place. It fits 18" x26" Sheet Pans. The tray slides are 1-¼” x 1-5/8” x.100 extruded aluminum angle welded to frame. They are securely welded into place, front and back, making sure that all cracks and crevices are sealed. They are welded both vertically and horizontally for support.
