Paperback. No edition stated. A very well done book by a man who lives for steelhead. Please be aware that this book has been owned by an avid fly tyer and cigar smoker. And the books are stored where the cigars are smoked. So keep that in mind as you bid. My friends who borrow books say that the smell wears off in about a week. And you can read them in comfort at that time. They usually read them in dis-comfort before then. The grading is severe, I would rather you be surprised that the book is higher quality than you expected, than reverse. All are used books- I bought them to use. Not abuse, but to use.

USAF B-4B Bag 336 TFS 4 FW Cpt G.W. McMillan USMA '56 F-105B Seymour-Johnson AFB
For auction is my father-in-law's B-4B bag. He was USMA West Point class of 1956. If I have the year right. He elected to go to the Air Force upon graduation. There was no Air Force Academy until a number of years later so graduates of both USMA and USNA could elect to go to the Air Force. Anyway, he went on to train in T-6s at Goodfellow AFB, then on to T-33s, and then flew for a few years in the USAF until he was"asked" to do CIA work so left the air force. I also know that he flew F-102s in Wisconsin and did liaison work in Germany at a contol center vectoring F-104s about the countryside. He was at McCoy AFB in Orlando during the Cuban Missle Crisis. He was a tough guy and was hard for me to get along with. This bag has spent its time a mach and comes with good provenance. The name"McMillan 336th TFS" is written ... moreon the white strip on the front. A couple of the poppers are pulled through the rubberized fabric. All but two of the poppers are present. The handle is missing but is a standard handle that dates to WW2 and is used on both army and navy luggage. The zippers are all in perfect condition: the herringbone tapes that the teeth attach to are perfect and no teeth are missing. One of the fabric pulls is missing from one of the zipper slides but the slide itself is perfect. There are no rips in the fabric other than what is shown readily in the photos and they are very short tears. The stitching except at the handle location is all intact. The fabric and piping are not worn through anywhere. The inside is exceptionally clean. The outside has its share of ramp juice on it. The hanging ring at the bottom is intact and the cadmium plating on it is good with no rust. The four"feet" that are on the bottom are present and are rust free. M 1 A McMillan rifle stock
Up for bis is an original USMC Shooting Team fiberglass early smear pattern camoflage rifle stock. It is currently configured to fit a double lugged rifle. It was mounted on a plaque as a departing gift to a former shooting team member. It wasn't altered in anyway to mount it to the plaque. It is a solid stock and would make the ultimate platform for a M 1 A supermatch rifle or M 2 1 sniper rifle. The rear buttplate has been bedded closed. All modifications have been made at a USMC armory. This stock is very rare as it is an early McMillan stock and not to mention it's Marine Coprs pedigree. These cases were from a US Army base and are structurally sound and in good used condition with only scuff and normal wear on the surface as would be expected with a surplus piece. When I purchased these they were labeled 7.62 MM M86 Sniper and that these rifle cases were shipped from Pearl City. Hawaii. It is very similar in size and structure to the Pelican 1750 series rifle case and the G. McMillan company is known for producing the very best in fiberglass stocks and military accessories.
