I am selling a Keeley Fuzz Head pedal in excellent working condition. It's a great pedal- very versatile. It has both a silicone and a germanium transistor. With a selector to switch back and forth. It cleans nicely with the guitar's volume knob. It can give both gritty and smooth fuzz, and works exceptionally well in front of or behind a wah pedal(I use a Satriani model) as well as in front of an overdrive pedal or an overdriven amp. Wow wow wow. Here is what the V2 Ram's Head is all about. Holy Grail FS36999 transistors. Fat red caps abound, Gilmour tone. Muff worship is all about the subtlety of the curves. That nice something extra in the mids that lifts solos out of the muck and is three dimensional. Muff worship is also about the flavor of fuzztortion, a rich complex distortion with the fuzz grind component firmly stuck ontop. It's cake and icing and laser lighting. This grail stocked 73/74 comes from a single owner. He hasn't used it in many many years but still had a hard time parting. He seemed to be grieving as she walked away. then I plugged it in and yeah. He is right, he will never find another Big Muff like this one. I have up for sale a very good condition Dunlop Fuzz Face pedal. I got it in here. And wanted to take it apart and see what components were used. I saw that they used NKT275 transistors for this pedal. I dont know if they are what was in it, or someone had swapped them along the way. The pedal works and sounds awesome. Boxed Analog Man Sun Face Fuzz White Dot NKT 275 Germanium Transistors
Excellent condition sun face with low gain white dot transistors. This fuzz still has all the case candy and original battery very minimal use the 4 rubber pads are fixed to the bottom I plan on adding a picture of the bottom shortly. This particular fuzz has a warm low gain fuzz that cleans up very nice no dramatic cut in signal dynamics when you roll off the volume. I have both strat and les Paul both sound great especially fuzz before the Wah. This sun face has the sundial bias pot and on/off switch with the fuzz pot. Sticker. BIG MUFF V2 RAM'S-HEAD FUZZ PEDAL 1974 FS36999 TRANSISTORS TRUE BYPASS !!TONE!!
This is a violet era Ram's-Head from 1974. It has the holy grail FS36999 Transistors. It sounds very'Violet' Huge walls of distortion with a nice grindy fuzz component and singing complex leads that slowly bloom into harmonics. This one is all about the tone and I like this revision of V2 the most. It's very full bodied, slightly scooped, with a euphonic not harsh upper midrange. Very fun to play, I would say more modern than the overly notched midrange of other V2's. There are some non original things happening. None of which effect the tone. The pots were changed along with the knobs. The original pots were dated 8'th week of 1974. The pot values are dead correct, they just have regular shafts instead of half circles. The on off switch is disconnected and the input jack has been changed to a battery connecting on ... moreoff type. The footswitch has been changed to a modern one and this muff is now true bypass! Two of the capacitors have been changed with value correct high end replacements. The screws are not original and one is missing. The bottom cover might not be the origional one but is period correct EH. Most of this really works as positives for a professional who is looking for a pedal board ready V2 Muff. The sound is truly astounding on this one. Not just a blanket statement, we have many Ram's-Heads here and have extensively played and compared this one. Mid-1970's Electro-Harmonix Ram's Head Big Muff- Very RARE- Motorola PNP 2N5087 Transistors! Huge thunderous SMOOTH sounding David Gilmour Tone! This mid-1970's example of the Electro-Harmonix V2 rams head Big Muff has the exceedingly RARE Motorola PNP 2N5087 transistors(rather than the more common NPN) And is widely regarded as one of the finest sounding versions of the Ram's Head Big Muff. A superb sounding fuzz pedal, this version is highly recommended by Kit Rae(Big Muff& David Gilmour aficionado) as having one of the sweetest, most defined tones with tons of sustain. Phil Taylor approved! This one was most likely manufactured circa 1975 time frame. I'd rather not take it apart and disturb the pots just to read the date codes. Version 2(V2) with the 3003 circuit board. I saw Pink Floyd perform The Wall back in ... more1980. And this pedal, especially when combined with delay, has all the elements, expressiveness, and dimensional qulaities of David Gilmour's unique, singing, sweet ethereal tone from that period, in my opinion. Thick, robust, and well defined with nice clarity for single notes, as well as when playing chords. Massive WALL of sound! Not too bassy or muddy in the lower end. This pedal is in perfect working order. No static or other issues with the pots(no scratchiness when turning knobs) Foot switch and rear on/ off switch both work without issue, as do the jacks. Everything is snug and secure. Normal cosmetic wear as one might expect with a pedal dating to the mid-1970's- though, not pristine in cosmetics, it more than makes up for it in tone(see pictures) The pictures are of the actual item that is for sale here. As shown in my picture this is a BBC amplifier module type AM9/9. We can supply a photocopy of the generic circuit diagram and an explanation of the circuitry. I think these were used on an audio mixing desk. It is a vintage item( 1960's-70's? and contains germanium transistors OC141& ACY17 and others. High spec' resistors and capacitors, e.g. lots of 2% hi-stab carbon resistors and many other interesting and useful parts. It is possible the item may be in working order as a module as it looks complete but we sell as"spares or repair" as we have no way of testing it. Rams head era Electro-Harmonix made Guild Foxey Lady. My kid got into it with a wire cutter many years ago. So I re-wired it with teflon coated silver- plated copper wire. I had never seen another one of these until ebay came along and still have only seen a few. Owned since 1981. Shipping is $15. I wanted to mention that the knobs on this are not origional and they cause the range to be 180 degrees out from normal- volume is maxed in the picture below. While taking more gut shots. I saw that the pots were dated mid 1975.

GE Tubes and Transistors Store Display Rack THE ONLY ONE ON EBAY IT'S NOT VERY OFTEN I GET TO SAY THAT This display rack is a great piece of General Electric advertising. This shelf is made of sheet metal(pretty thick. It's well built) that was used to display and advertise GE Tubes and Transistors in a store. It can be sat on the floor or hung on a wall by the nail holes. Condition: This piece has some wear but really is in great condition. There is some paint wear and scratches. Especially on the shelves from moving stored items around. The upper left-hand corner of the sign has some scratches. You can see all of this it in the photos. This piece has virtually no rust. The only rust is a few tiny spots of very light surface rust where the paint wore off. It has what looks like a wrinkle in the metal on one of the shelves(it's ... morethe fourth shelf from the top) You can see this in the photo where I blocked most of the light off of it. You can't really see it in any of the other photos. Measurements: This piece is 39 1/2 in tall to the top of the sign and 24 in. wide. Vintage Admiral 7 Transistors Portable Radio Model 7M18 - Working Condition
Very good condition vintage Admiral transistor radio model 7M18 from the mid 1950's. I put new batteries in it and it hummed for a few seconds and took right off playing. I notice that it must not have the best antenna as you have to turn it to get the best reception. The leather case is the original case. It has a snap down loop inside at the front that goes over the metal stand so that the radio does not fall out. Please read the Condition Description above before you bid.

These were made during a time in the(late 80's early 90's I believe) when Crest Audio owned the Dallas Arbiter name and apparently they were all built by a talented pedal designer and builder named David Fox(of FoxRox fame) I have had dozens of Silicon Fuzz Faces, vintage and newer, and this is one of the nicest sounding I have had. It has the warmth and rumble of a germanium pedal but has that nasty silicon slice on top. It is just a great sounding Fuzz Face. These are pretty collectible and typically net around $350 to $400 on eBay. This one is clean and ready to rock for a few more decades. Marshall JCM 2000 DSL 50 Head- I am being completely honest when I say that this amp sounds better than if you were to buy it off the shelf. Brand new! I just had it retubed with Groove Tubes, and I had a few little upgrades done: new capacitors and transistors. I also had the tech go through and touch up any factory-standard soldering. But I need to sell it in order to get something a bit smaller, and more portable. I've never had a problem with this amp; it's always worked flawlessly. Plus, it now has $100+ worth of new tubes, and $220 worth of TLC to make sure the next owner is more than satisfied. The head does have a few signs of normal use: she ain't as shiny as she once was. But there are no tears in the tolex. And only a couple places where the mesh may have faded. However, there are no holes or rips-and the faded patches ... moreare hardly noticeable, unless your a foot away from it in the right light. So. Feel free to purchase with confidence. I promise to take the utmost care in the packaging/shipping. I will: individually bubble-wrap and box each of the tubes. And places them in a larger, foam/peanut-filled box, and then put that box in the main package wrap the amp at least 1" thick in big bubble-wrap place the wrapped amp in a snug box. With peanuts filling any extraneous room place that box into an outer box. Lined with a minimum of 1" thick foam create a tighter-packed foam barrier inside the box to protect the tube-box from any pressure caused by the head pushing against it. use an excessive amount of tape on the outside. Please note: I unfortunately do not have the footswitch or cover for this amp. However. I will include a power-cable.

The paper label in the rubber got wet and some of the lettering got slightly worn away when I wiped it off. I removed almost all the Dunlop parts(the 2 small brown capacitors C2 and C3 were the correct schematic values) that came in it because the pedal sounded horrible and they didn't match the original 60's schematic. And the transistors I took out were extremely leaky and barely worked. All the incorrect parts that I took out are included and in the picture. The Dunlop circuit had extra caps and resistors, plus a thermistor(see pic) which no original FF circuit has. Anyway, I took out 90% of the parts and bought some NOS 1960's Raytheon Germanium T59247 Transistors and got it back to the original 60's Fuzz ... moreFace circuit with correct resistors and caps. The only thing I left in that is not in the original 60's circuit is the Electrolytic cap(the big blue one) that is connected to the battery for stability. For some reason. The Dunlop PCB layout will make it oscillate when you max'ed out the fuzz and volume control unless this"decoupling" cap is left in place. Anyway, this cap is not in the signal path so it doesn't affect the sound. As for the sound, a huge improvement! The T59247 Germanium Transistors have more gain so you more distortion at hand and the sound has more of a modern. Metalic flavor to it. So I would categorize it as agressive with a little sizzle to the tone, and I think it's worth opening bid for an original FF circuit.
