Vintage H&H Toggle Switch,1 amp, 250 volt rating, from 1920's-30's AM Tube Radio
This auction features a nice vintage toggle switch. Manufactured by H&H, and salvaged from a 1920's-1930's AM tube radio. According to data printed on the surface of the switch, it is rated for 1 Amp at 250 volts/3 Amps at 125 volts. It also was inspected by Underwriters Labs and made in the USA(see photos 1&2) The switch accommodates 3 wires. It measures 1-1/2" long by 1/2" wide by 1-1/8" high. The switch appears visually to be in good condition. With only a small amount of solder flux on the bakelite insulators. The toggle has a nice"click" when flipped, although I have not verified the electrical integrity using any testing procedures. The brass parts(toggle, threaded casing, and hex nuts) have a very nice patina, as does the black housing for the switch.
