This is a high power RF amplifier prototype made by Rockwell Collins. I do not know the frequency range or the gain power. From the size of the large heat sink and the two fans it looks like it is high power. I think it is also broadband but not sure. This is powered from 40 VDC. 12 VDC, and 32 VDC.
