I've been running Jetta and Golf TDIs on WVO since 2006. After 8 years and 70.000 trouble free miles, my wife totalled her Jetta. I no longer have the enthusiasm to keep up with the project with just one car and so I'm selling the whole shebang. I already sold the Jetta kit. I collect the WVO and settle it in cubies. I pour it into the blue drum(see picture) through sock filters hanging in the top of the drum. Leaving the sediment in the cubie. The hot water heater element in the drum brings the oil up to 130°, thermostat keeps it at that temp for as long as you want. There is a stand pipe in the bottom of the drum to suck oil from above the bottom of the drum through ... morea Goldenrod Water Block filter and a Whole House water filter. It then pumps into the tanks seen on top of the racks. A hose running from the tanks gravity feeds for fill up in the garage. All valves, plumbing and temperature gauge are included. I have one extra Goldenrod filter and 9 sock filters. Switches and water pump are included. Marine grade 1" macerator oil pump with hose is included for collection. Two locking 55 gallon oil drum tops are included. The used Greasecar system I have consists of the tank that fits in the spare tire well(24" diameter) Heated fuel filter housing and head, switches, 2 solenoid valves, temp gauge, fuel gauge. Up for auction is a prototype board designed for use with DC electric vehicles. This is actually a functioning board(we recently used to drive a 4000-pound electric vehicle on the highway) but it is being sold for development purposes only. This board was developed for a customer and is based off an old EP-1000 motor controller board(a 1000-amp. 300V controller) This board accepts an Atmel ATMEGA-328 processor(16-bit) The processor has been removed, but we are including a blank one with the board. There is also a small 8-pin processor installed on the board that has software pre-loaded on it. This software should drive a car just fine, if you want to use it for testing/experimental purposes. The board has a 12-amp IGBT driver built in. Which will easily drive two 600-amp IGBT modules up to 10 kHz, or one to about 20 kHz. This is a small home made waste motor oil filtration system. Runs off any air compressor. Simply pour oil in the top. Use air to push oil out into fuel tank, storage tank, etc. Has water and heavy particulate drain on the bottom of the tank. Utilizes 30, 10, and 2 micron nominally rated filters. I used a similar system I built to run WMO through many different pieces of heavy equipment and an off road pickup truck with out incident. I cannot guarantee your success. Item is sold as is.
