It is very clean and well maintained. It runs.Three cylinders, single stage with a 95-125 psi rating. Probably at least 20 years old. It weighs around 267 lbs. and is made of cast iron. Hello Folks! Here I have a Saylor Beall Compressor pump! It's a Model B-206R. Serial Number: R-7840-HV. 10 1/2" Flywheel. 1/2" V groove. 2 1/2" Bore. 2" Stroke, Up to 3/4 HP, 125 PSI. I got this Compressor from a clean out a few years back. It was mounted on a Saylor Beall Tank, with a 3/4 Hp Motor. It was working, and pumping air to about 120 PSI. I removed the Pump to use in another project, I ended up buying a whole new Compressor. This pump has good sound when I spin the flywheel! Good compression.nice POP and Hiss coming from Outlet! I cannot fully test it, but it was working as it should when I removed it from service. It may need work, but it sounds solid to me! It's a good solid heavy duty well made pump! The Pump is a 2 stage Champion compressor that works perfectly. Cornelius 3 Stage Air Compressor Pump 1500 PSI 27VDC
Cornelius 1500 PSI 3-Stage Compressor This is a DC powered high pressure air compressor that was used in WWII era aircraft for gun charging and bomb bay door systems. I last used it about 2 years ago and it was still running great. I used this pump to replenish the air in the compressed air storage tank of my Yak aircraft which requires approximately 700 PSI of air pressure to start the engine. The pump had no problem achieving that pressure. It is rated at 1500 PSI but I never took it above approximately 700 PSI since that was the rating for the tank I was filling. I have no reason to doubt it can do 1500 PSI if desired. These pumps were very popular in the 1950's and 60's for filling SCUBA tanks while offshore. The data plate states that the motor is rated for 27 VDC but it runs just fine off 24VDC. The tanks didn't leak but were very rusty so I decided to dis-assemble it and try offering the shippable pump unit alone! Prior to dis-assembly the compressor ran great. It pumped from 0 to 125 lbs. in 60 seconds. I'm including the brand new air filter element, that I put on it prior to offering it for sale, as well. I'm also including the drive belt. The crankcase breather looks like it may need to be replaced(see photo arrow) I believe it should probably be lying flat against the crankcase. A new one can be found here on ebay or any of many online vendors for just a few dollars. Obviously, the oil will be drained prior to shipping. The pump came off of an Emglo. This is a quincy 230 compressor pump. Had a 5hp electric motor on it. This compressor was used in my paint shop for years, it was working fine but getting a little oil in the air, so I took it to a shop to have it rebuilt. They took it apart and said getting a new one for $1200 would be the best way to go. The new one is half as heavy as this one, doesn't put out as much air, and is twice as loud. I hate to throw this one away after seeing the quality of it compared to the new one. I have all the parts this auction is for the whole thing, I would sell individual parts if it doesn't sell. This is an air compressor pump from a Bostitch 6Gal oil-free air compressor. The electric motor on the air compressor was damaged so the shaft is slightly bent. But the piston, housing, crankshaft, pulleys, and filter are all fine. The aluminum housing had some mounting tabs break off, but wouldn't affect the operation of the pump. KRB PARTS Description I have two if these compressors. Both need the second stage head gasket set. The reeds have been replaced on all of the cylinders and new reeds are on the second stage also. The job just needs finished with a gasket set. One of these has the original intake manifolds and the other is missing the intake manifolds. I plan to make a set of manifolds for the compressor missing them. Both compressors turn over smoothly. Neither of the compressors have the air filters. No motor is included but these compressors would need about a 30HP motor to run them. I purchased a large amount of electrical/refrigeration parts from a Company retiring. Came from a electrical/refrigeration parts truck. Nice Working Old Vintage ~QUINCY ? 1100 ~ Single Stage Air compressor Pump
This is a nice working old compressor pump. I can't see any name. Not sure if this is Quincy or not. If anyone knows please email me. All there is. Is the number 1100 cast on it under the pulley(last picture) This had been in a shed for years and years on a shelf. All I did was lightly wipe the dust off of it. This has been used before. It is the old single single stage pump. The 8" diameter pulley turns free and you can hear it pump as it is turned. This is a great old pump, Just needs some cleaning. Nice Working Vintage Single Stage Air compressor Pump Wagner Motor Steampunk
Vintage Air Compressor with Wagner Motor 1/4 HP Motor plug is for 110V. but can run 220V. On stand measures. 25" tall. 23" long. 14" wide. Drive wheel has been braze repaired. Pic 5. Has a custom built 3 wheeled wagon for easy moving around. Belt is old and dry. but still works. Probably wise to replace the belt soon. Cast iron pump has some markings but I can't tell the manufacturer. pics 6 and 9. Pics show condition. Still works fine. I just upgraded to a new one for some large sandblasting projects. Antique 1920s Curtis B248 Flat Belt Air Compressor Pump old shop garage tool
This auction consists of an antique Curtis Model No. B248 flat-belt driven air compressor pump dating from the 1920's. It comes with the vintage Watts air flow regulator that was found with it. It spins over easily by hand and the spring valve at the top seems to operate properly. When I found it it had a B-17 Flying Fortress oxygen tank for its air reservoir. Air Compressor 2-Stage Pump & Intercooler Only, 25HP
This unit is made by Gardner-Denver and has an 8" bore primary. 4.25" Bore secondary and has a 4" stroke. We purchased it as rebuilt a number of years ago and have never used it, however the pulley is easily turnable. The name plate is void of descriptors for the stamped numbers and letters so it is difficult to identify the exact model number. We had a local compressor company take a look at and he also believes it is a 25HP pump unit. He also commented on how heavy duty the intercooler is. He said they don't make them like that anymore. The unit weighs a few hundred pounds, and we will provide a shipping cost for you. We only ship to the lower 48 states.
