We recently started running some new machinery that requires very large. Continuous volumes of air, and we had to switch to a rotary screw machine, so this system will no longer be needed. It's a great setup for a barn, home shop or even a garage. The equipment includes: 1. This is a Newgate Technologies Refrigerated Air Dryer. It is in good used condition and is fully functioning. This air dryer contains both pre and cold filters internal to the unit. Both filters are included and in working order. And the light indicating the filters need to be changed is not on(implying the filters are still good) I was not familiar with this brand of air dryer, but the build quality appears to be quite good. They appear to have used high quality components(such as Danfoss) I tested everything on the dryer, including the"drain test" and everything functioned properly. The compressor runs smoothly and quietly, and the heat exchanger looks good. were quite helpful with answering questions. I do not know for sure the age of the dryer. I spoke to someone at the manufacturer. And they said the last 2 digits of the serial ... morenumber indicated the age. This would mean it was made in 2011, but I have no way to verify that. Very nice used 2005 Kaeser SX 6 Screw Compressor with TA 5 air dryer and holding tank. This machine only has 69 hours on it since it was new! These compressors will run for more than 100.000 hrs! Originally purchased by the government agency. Obviously they did not use the machine much and consequently the air compressor did not accumulate many hours. A company that specializes in air compressors just check out and tested this unit. Time to fill tank, cut in and cut out all work great and compressor runs quiet. Air filter and oil are clean. Since it was stored outside, the top was rusted so we primed and painted the compressor, dryer, and tank(see pictures) We taped off the stickers and emblems.
