PUMP for Power Sprayer Model 0063456 / A20102 Needs New By-Pass Unloader Valve
I did not have time to troubleshoot pump and ordered replacement for the one up here for auction. I think it needs a by-pass unloader valve. Pump is in immaculate condition when I took it apart. Check out the pics. Routine maintenance on this pump has always been performed, and it shows, look at the internals. The valves are still really white. GREAT DEAL FOR THE MECHANICALLY INCLINED! This particular pump belongs to a Coleman Powermate PW0872402. Part/ Model#s for this part are A20102 0063456 and pump for Power Sprayer PW0872402. When I took the pump apart, I refilled the housing with the appropriate SAE 30 Non Detergent Oil(so if water mixes with the oil, it doesn't create fizz/bubbles and damage the pump) per the manufacturer recommendation, so no worries once you replace the By-Pass Valve. I bought these parts new to build a gas compressor. When i got it all assembled I discovered the used tank I bought had a leak in it. I decided to go buy a new electric compressor.
