Vermeer 630B Stump Grinder Wisconsin Gas Engine Runs / Project
2001 Vermeer 630B stump grinder. Wisconsin 4 cylinder gas engine that runs good. Serial# 1VRC11149M1001682 We were told that machine cut fine last time it was used. I bought it to use on a couple of stumps, but I'm having trouble getting the wheel to engage. It is probably because I'm not familiar with this unit. Hydraulics work but fron ram is leaking at seal. It has a 2 5/16 bull nose hitch but is sticky from sitting. I noticed a couple of repair welds, we were told that charging system is not working properly. Battery does hold a charge, sometimes you have to push starter button a few times before starter engages and fires engine. Frame tongue needs repair by pin, doesn't effect use. Please inspect this machine in person before considering buying. It is a project that needs attention or repairs before use so do not buy it unless ... moreyou understand that. Up for sale is a 1998 Carolton 3500 Tow Behind Stump Cutter with a 35 hp w41770 wisconsin air cool engines wired remote control. It is in excellent condition. Having been recently rebuilt through a certified Wisconsin Technician. Hi. Up for auction is 1. 4 available) gently used 26 1/2 Inch(680mm) 72 carbide tipped tooth saw blade. Max rpm is 2500. The bore is 40mm or 1.575 inch.These blades are heavy(170 thick) and made out of high grade tool steel. The Kerf is about 6mm. 236" It has tension rings and are hammer straightened to run straight and true. It is in very good condition, the teeth look real good. But might have 1 slightly chipped tooth, like the one shown in picture#3, but this won't affect its performance. Some may have a little surface rust from storage. These are very expensive when new. It will be well packaged in its original box. I can make most sizes of spacers(made out of tool steel) for the bore for a additional $12.50. Just let me know what size you need. 2010 SC252 Stump Grinder, Dual Wheels, With Vermeer Trailer
Vermeer SC252 Stump Grinder with Vermeer Brand Trailer(TLR25) Trailer has two new tires and rims on it(cheaper to get rims with it than have new tires mounted) I have been the only owner of this machine bought it brand new. This machine is equipped with the Auto Sweep option($700.00 Option) I installed the dual wheel kit for when this machine was operating on softer ground conditions. Each wheel has the ability to lock and unlock(drive or be free spinning) depending on what type of functionality you are looking for. It has electric start and will start no problem in warm or cold temperatures. We have professionally maintained this unit ourselves(Vermeer did the upper and lower bearings though) from day one based on manufacturer specifications. The exception to this is changing the hydraulic oil. They recommend hydraulic oil change out every ... more500 hours which we feel is not necessary. Hydro oil and filter was changed out at 750 hours seeing as though is a sealed system. Both upper and lower drive bearings(the most common wear item other than teeth) were changed out at 850 hours by Vermeer. This unit is equipped with Vermeer Brand Yellow Jacket teeth. This machine has gone through 3 rigid drive belts and the current belt has 125 hours on it. Typically under normal use a belt will provide 300 hours of use we have found. Daihatsu 35 hp. Turbo Diesel Glow Plugs FOR A VERMEER SC352 STUMP GRINDER
These are some used glow plugs that I have left from a 2006 Vermeer SC352 that I just sold and upgraded to a larger machine.They were changed out when a mechanic made a wrong diagnosis to a starting problem and it turned out to be a plugged fuel filter that was the problem that keep it from starting when cold or it sat for a while so I am sure these glow plugs are still good.After the new glow plugs were installed it was to late they made me buy the new ones so these should be fine since that did not fix the problem.The three new glow plugs cost me $160.00 so i am starting the bidding at a great price $50.00 For all of the original THREE USED NGK GLOW PLUGS? Vermeer SC752 Stump Grinder. Mechanics Special!!!
I have a nicer Vermeer SC752 stump grinder that is currently not working because it threw a rod through the block. I own a tree business and have no time to fix this or work on it. It has been garage kept since. Everything but the motor on this machine such as the hydraulic pumps. Cylinders, and lines are all in good working condition. The issue is the motor. UP for action is a 2005 602 sc vermeer stump grinder. It has 228 hrs on a 50 hp caterpillar diesel engine. I spent over $3000 at a vermeer dealer getting a new clutch and drive shaft to the cutting wheel replaced about 30hrs ago.I also upgraded the teeth to yellowjacket teeth and pockets.with extra teeth) It runs great with no leaks anywhere. The grinder has a few dents and scatches from use. The grinder was jackknifed and has a dent on the front as you can see in the picture. But doesn't affect the machines operation at all. I am getting out of the business, so I don't need it anymore. This grinder grinds stumps really fast. Sorry no shipping pick up only. I can drive a little to meet up. Vermeer sc502 stump grinder This is a vermeer sc502 stump grinder. This machine is great for grinding big stumps, a 50hp perkins diesel engine powers this machine. With shaft drive and not belts, you get power to the cutting wheel where you need it. at the stump! the machine is in rough shape and runs BUT has blow bye. The shop that looked at it said it might have a broken ring. i did have have plans on fixing it but winter has been rough and need to sell it to stay warm! the shop said it would cost around 2500.00 to fix. it has new tires and can be pulled any where. so if you would put some money in this grinder it would make a great machine. these are selling for 9000.00 or more. the cutter wheel has green teeth on it cost over 650.00 to change over.
