They welded shot the center spout. And the top of the spout that had the on/off valve. Then the added a hook up hose spout. Welds are not perfect but pretty nice. They also rewelded the handle mount areas. Rubber gasket is used but not bad so will send along and up to you if usable. Lid seams to have a slight warp to it from handle welds but not bad. I have a Hoegger milking machine for sale. This machine is an older model. But works very well. It was mainly used for the 4-H goats when my children were younger. It has been sitting in my spare bedroom for the last year and its time to go. We brought it down fired it up and it went right up to pressure. This is being used as a single unit, but can be a double. Included with this machine is the manual, detergent, sanitizer, oil, spare parts and cleaning brush. Milking inflations have been used but are not too bad. I also have a brand new vacuum pump for this machine but I am selling that separately. DeLaval DUOVAC milking system, milking parlour, machine, milking/dairy equipment
The Duovac system gives you more time to supervise the animals reducing the stress factor. As it states. Duovac' works on a dual vacuum level, when the cluster is applied to the cow the low vacuum stimulates the udder and speeds up milk let down, the system automatically switches to normal milking vacuum once peak milk flow is reached, as the milk flow slows, the system reverts back to low vacuum level until you remove the unit. Stimulation and milking are always performed in the same way and achieves good emptying of the udder. Important for accomplishing high lactation yields and good udder health. The flow rate is adjustable by changing the drain tube in the milk flow indicator. These are fitted with the standard 200 ml tubes. Duovac's can be connected to any vacuum operated milk meter. Can have individual pulsators attached, or ... moreeven be connected to the DeLaval Alpro system using the Alpro adapter. No electronics to get damp and wet. Completely vacuum operated, simple to maintain and super reliable. 20 point used but very good DeLaval Duovac system from 75 mm direct to line swing over system. Full working order when removed due to parlour extension and update. They have been serviced annually. But I have totally stripped and cleaned them, replaced the diaphragms, snap rings and any parts that needed replacing, but have not been tested. The low vacuum level should be fine but due to these being stripped and cleaned I would recommend getting your service engineer to check it on commissioning of the system. What you get: Everything you need except milk line nipples. Milk and pulsation tubes. 20 x DeLaval'Duovac' boxes. This listing is for a delaval 5 gallon milker bucket. I purchased this about a year ago in working order. I put on new milk approved milk hose. Hook up hose, pulsation hose, lid to bucket gasket, 4 new rubber teat cup inflation liners, 4 new small black rubber pulsation hoses, and had it all working and ready for our cow to calf to start milking for our own home use. A divorce left me and the kids short for money and had to sell the cow. This milker has sat for about a year now and when I hooked it up to a vacuum pump the pulsator would not pulsate. Not sure why so sold with non working pulsator and if you can figure it out, then it would be ready to use. If not you can buy replacement pulsators on ebay or other online milker parts stores from $50.00 to $135.00. Pulsator clip off top lid has light hairline crack. Bucket is good and does not ... moreleak. Bucket has nice shine inside. No major dents just normal use markings and bottom ware from cement, but false floor base is good. This is what was called a full view claw and has the shut off so if milker falls off cow it should shut off vacuum flow and not suck up dirt or straw. Has shut off on lid and also on claw so easy to use. Like I said I never milked with it but had it working, but now pulsator did not want to pulsate. So pulsator sold as is. This milker like all milker buckets need a vaccum pump to run them. actual shipping and you can pick your shipping option at check out. Email questions if needed.
