Vintage Milker Perfection Manufacturing Co.
Up for sale is a crock that was Manufactured for the Perfection manufacturing Co. that was located in Minneapolis MN. It was used to hold a sanitizer to run through the lines of their Perfection milking Machine. Brought onto the market around the year 1922. I believe the crock was made by the Red Wing pottery Co. that was located not to far from Minneapolis and Red Wing was known for using the color cobalt blue in their lettering. The crock has no cracks, or chips. It still has the two brass valves on the bottom. One turns but the other is stiff. But they do come apart, and I'm sure with a little cleaning and lubrication, they will work fine. The lid is a little off color from the base. I do not know why. It is about 16" high with the handle. And the bottom diameter is about 13" The conical portion of this machine is made of steel and has some rusting both inside and out. The lid appears to be Cast steel. At the center of the lid has a low spot where the handle will snap in. The handle is well attached and is strong and secure. A great displayer for your dairy office. Here's something you don't run across every day! It's an original NOS. New old stock, sign advertising the DeLaval Combine Milker. It is two sided and measures about 4 1/2 x 19 5/8 inches. It has excellent color and is in good condition with some minor rust and oxidation from it's years in the inventory of an old dairy dealership. It is still in it's original paper sleeve and has never been displayed. It would be a fine addition to your early agricultural advertising display especially if you focus on dairy or milk items. DeLaval Magnetic Speedway Milker Instruction Manual
Sleeve of manual has a tear along the front right hand side and also a black mark on top. Looks like done with a marker. Manual is thirty six pages long. On page 18-19 there is a postal card envelope attached and the staple holding manual together has seperated. Pages do have some yellowing on the bottom of them. Otherwise they are in fairly decent shape. Please look at the pictures. Showing defects as mentioned. Any questions please ask.

This listing is for one SURGE milker claw unit. Not positive but believe this style was called the surge orbit claw. Has full view and inline shut off. Marked SURGE and 056942. This is a used unit right out of a milk house and owners sold the cows. The top metal hanger hook has been repaired but done nice. Except it is slightly turned to one side. Plastic bowl has one of the outer casings around the nut that is cracked out but is on outside so does not effect use. Also one of the other bolt areas has some hairline cracking but does not look to go through to inside milk area. Milk hose hook up spout is approx. 3/4" across out side to outside. This listing is for one delaval milker claw unit. This is the super flo view claw style. Marked Delaval. Made in the USA#8306021-01. Good used condition. Has some milk stone staining on plastic pulsation air splitter and is a little dusty. Rubber bumper plug on top has some cracking but still good. It is just a rubber bumper plug for when milker falls off of cow it hits the rubber bumper and shuts off the valve to not suck up dirty or straw. Milk hose hook up spout is approx. 5/8" across out side to outside. See no other damage other than normal use. Sold as found but was being used up till the day the farmer sold everything on auction. Vtg BOU-MATIC DARI-KOOL MILKER ~ MADISON. WI ~ 1950's-60's? Farm ~ Dairy~ SURGE~ Description Vintage BOU-MATIC DARI-KOOL MILKER.Madison. Wis. I believe this style milker to be from the 1950-60's era when converting from buckets to a future of direct pipeline. The milker was tucked away in a cabinet of an old milk house on a discontinued dairy operation. Everything looks excellent, except some of the hoses will need to be replaced for operation purposes. Absolutely no dings, dents, cracks or repairs to any piece including the stainless teat holders, pulsator, main hub reservoir, and the heavy stainless pipe with the flow valve. Yes, the flow valve works easily and fine. The hard plastic clear reservoir has"SURGE" embossed into it. I'm guessing that quite possibly BOU-MATIC contracted with SURGE for this particular ... moreportion of their milkers. The main air line rubber is actually quite good at about 10 feet. It's the short rubber lines form the reservoir to the teat cups that would needs some replacement. The hosed being weather checked and cracking are the only one defect I can find with this unit. The previous owner assured me that everything was operational at the time the milking was discontinued. However, naturally, I did not have the opportunity to see the equipment in operation, therefore, I am listing it as a parts unit. I do have another one exactly like in currently listed as well if interested. That's why the photos all have the letter"B" next to them) The difference in the(2) is that this one has(2) of the(4) plastic pointed stems for hose hookups are chipped right at the very end. It is not very serious and would not affect the hose application. I have close-up pictures of the two. Otherwise, the two milkers are exactly alike. May be from one of the older bender milk transferring pump setups and this would have been the tank in the milk house to put the milk line cleaner in.
