The cuckoo clock is in near-perfect condition with little or no use from when it was sent overseas from Germany. While the cuckoo sounds on the hour and half hour. The woodsman chops wood(moving his ax up and down) and the goat nods its head up and down. There is a great decorative tree on the side of the fantastically designed chalet clock that has a one day Regula German Movement. It looks like this clock was shipped to the USA in 1984 and put in storage. It has the original box, instructions, bellow clips and even a German newspaper used for packing material from 1984! As-shown with everything except pedals it is super light(24 pounds and change) even by today's standard- rides like nothing else. There is a new company selling frames and bikes under the Mountain Goat brand(built by Sycip- really nice by the way! the bike for auction is from the end of the era when Jeff Lindsey was building these in California- I will post the serial# when I get a chance. Frame: all Prestige steel with lugged head tube and PERFECT workmanship; 19" C-T-C(21" to ... morethe top of the extended seat tube lug) Top tube is 22" CTC. Custom black and flames paint job- fabulous. In all my years of riding I have never gotten anywhere close to the amount of attention, questions and"WOW"s that I get when I show or ride this bike! This is a vintage 1920's or early 30's Supertone Dixie Wonder 5 string banjo. This was the top of the line for Sears and Roebuck back then. Banjo is in good shape. Frets seem to be new and some of the hardware has been replaced. The head is new goatskin. Fingerboard has some filled areas that I showed in the pictures. Other than that.
