cmi 1" arborist block for the big stuff.
I bought this block last year(I bought it new for $299.95) for a specific job where I needed to bring down bigger sections at a time. As you can see from the pictures the block is as beefy as you can get and is in excellent condition. I only used the block only for that one job. A massive dead ash tree. There are just a few surface scratches on that pretty blue paint job but those are just cosmetic. No burs or marks anywhere that would contact the rope. Though I was dropping some big sections, I came nowhere close to the safe working load(13,500 lbs. by the way) I just wanted a wide margin of safety. This is a cs-300 saw with a cs-3000 clutch cover/brake(which would use a self tensioning intenz bar) I am able to start the saw on starting fluid. With fuel in tank I was able to start it and idle for a little without starting fluid. Though was very difficult and required playing with choke. Constant adjustment with choke while using throttle got it to rev up for a bit before dying. No further testing done. Echo 360T Arborist Climbing Saw. 36.2cc CS 360T Runs Great. Pro Model
This saw starts very easy. Idles low, oils great, runs and cuts fine. It is going to need a new bar, chain and drive sprocket soon. I made several cuts with it and it's not worn out but if I were going to put it to work I wouldn't plan any farther than a tree or two before I replaced at least the drive sprocket. Aside from that, I think it's a pretty nice saw. It has great compression at 170+ psi. Idles real nice.Chain does not crawl and I let it idle for about 15 minutes, shut it off and restarted it on the first pull. Air filter looks fine and NGK spark plug has plenty of miles left on it. Echo CS 360T Top Handle Arborist Chainsaw Powerhead ONLY
This is an auction for an older Echo CS 360T. That is well used. See my detailed photos. This saw starts, runs, and idles well. Throttle is responsive. It makes 140 PSI dry, and 160 PSI wet. The choke chokes, and the kill switch shuts the thing down. The chain brake works well. The air filter is fresh. The oiler doesn't oil(I've not even checked to see if it is a simple clog. It has been drinking 91 octane, no ethanol, unleaded fuel. This saw is rated to take 12" to 16" bars. It is a nice climbing saw and has no difficulty maintaining its idle when dropped on a leash. Up for auction we have a Rare Vintage Arborist tree pruning Saw. This Saw is very special and was made with care- Note the Heart- It measures 15 1/2 inches long total. The square attached to the heart is about 2 5/8 by 3 inches high. The saw blade is 11 1/4 inches long. The saw may be used by hand or affixed to a handle for higher work. It is embossed- J.
