Carrier AC unit 2 Ton 10 yr. warranty, almost unused
2 ton. 13 SEER Carrier Puron unit, installed for six months and virtually unused during that time. We were attempting to use floor heat in the basement of a split-level remodeled house, and bought this unit to supply any needed cooling in summer. With the upstairs unit cooling and the air flowing down, this unit almost never had to even kick on. The floor heat did not work out, so we got a Carrier Greenspeed for the whole house, and don't need this unit now. This has a 10 year warranty on parts and is being stored by our local Carrier HVAC guy. In perfect condition! Get cool!

It does still have the recirculation pump still for the condenser. It comes with its own internal tank. It has been a very good unit. Not very old either. We bought it new. I have the manual as well. Trane RTU is 8 years old and in good working condition. We have been performing all the required maintenance on the unit for the last 8 years. Unit is 10 Tons or 120.000 Btu of cooling, and 200,000 btu of heat. This is a roof-top package unit that does both gas heat and electric cooling. Unit is 208/230 volt 3 phase power and is also a two-stage cooling unit which means it has two 5 ton compressors in it. Overall for being 8 years old the unit is in relatively good shape. And was in good working conditioning when we took it out of operation. Does not come with a roof-curb which will be needed for rooftop operation. Uses r-22 refrigerant and has no known refrigerant leaks at this time. There is no optional smoke detector installed.
