Comes with rack mount handles, both plastic back covers, a new power cord with 240v plug, and a copy of current manual. Face plate has some residue from a sticker. Sells for over $6K new. Cosmetically everything appears to be in excellent ++ condition with only minor imperfections. The painted enclosure chassis is very clean with only very minor markings. Internally the unit is nearly spotless- extremely clean. Operationally the unit powers on passes the self test when it is initiated. The controls operate and I have tested it with several different passive components and everything seems to work properly and the measurements seem accurate when compared to other instruments. I do not have the expertise or the standardized components to properly test every feature for full functionality as it is a complex instrument but I see no evidence of problems. The unit appears to have had minimal use in a research laboratory.
