Here is a Sencore Transi-Pak Power Supply for Transistorized Equipment Model PS 103. The front states that it provides up to 24 volts DC and has a 1.5 Volt tap for new Philco and Sylvania radios. Power supply is clean. Has typical scuffs and scrapes from use and rivets holding leather handle are rusty. I tested it and was able to adjust the voltage up to only about 18 Volts maximum.
