Massey Ferguson MF60 5 foot rotary cutter for three point hitch. Very Heavy Duty! Built like a Tank with t hick steel deck and sides. This is an older unit but still in good condition. Check out the pics. What I know about it: It is rusty. But there are no rusted through spots. The deck is very heavy gauge. The hitch pins have been replace and welded in place(see pics) There is some damage on the shaft housing. But it does not affect operation The gearbox has a minor leak under the deck(see pics) I purchased this cutter about three years ago to use with my Ford 9N tractor. Up for bids is a Ford 501 6' 3pt Sickle Mower. Came from a local farm that has owned it for a long time. Looks to be fairly complete and decent shape. I did mow with it this past summer. I do know that it will probably need the knives sharpened or replaced and adjusted soon. It is okay for stalky plants but bogs in fine grass. Also. It will need some work on the breakaway couple spring. It is missing a bolt that puts tension on the breakaway latch. Bush Hog, model 306 heavy duty 6 foot bushhog
This is a really heavy duty bush hog brand cutter. I bought it new in 1998 and have used it every year since on my farm. It has a stump jumper and a substantial gear box. I replaced the blades several years ago and they are still OK. Might need some sharpening as it has been 2 years since I sharpened them. It has been used in some rocky terrain and has some bumps and dents to show for it. Runs perfectly and I used it last in September. I am not an equipment dealer. So you will have to arrange pickup or shipping. I have a trailer and will deliver it, for a small fee, if you are reasonably close. Jacobsen flail mower/dethatcher 60 inch cut
This is a Jacobsen flail mower/dethatcher with a 60 inch cut. Right now it has dethatcher blades on it. Just in time for spring cleanup and lawn conditioning. It fits on the front of a Jacobsen front cut. I have included pictures of the blades and overall condition. I would rate the condition as fair to good. I bought it at an auction to use on a Toro Groundsmaster and was going to adapt it. I have since found a flail mower made for my Groundsmaster so I do not need this one. Up for bids is an Oliver 438 Hay Sickle Mower Conditioner- 9' cut 9' cut sickle. Hydraulic lift, one laminated rubber roll and one solid steel roll. Laminated roll has one piece of laminated roll that is popping out(see picture) other than that the rolls are okay. Knives and guards are rusty, but has been sitting blocked up not buried in the dirt. I did take a picture of a drive chain that looks like it has come off, maybe that's why it was parked? I'm really not sure as I know very little about the functionality other than it did work at one time. This old mower conditioner has been sitting for quite a while outside as you can see and is very rusty all over. As such assume that all chains. Adjustments, etc are frozen. Bush Hog 4' SQ480 Compact Tractor mower and John Deere green Ballast Box
I'm listing these for a relative. This is for a Bush Hog brand Squealer SQ480 4' bush hog. This is an actual bush hog brand and isn't some piece of junk you find at your local home farm center. The bush hog has very little use and was used with a small John Deere tractor around 20 HP. This would be great for a small compact tractor. Also. Included is ballast box that is painted john deere green. I'm not sure if this is a factory john deere part, since I couldn't find any markings on the ballast box, but it is in john deere green paint. I'll just sell it as a very high quality HEAVY DUTY aftermarket part. Both of these pieces of farm equipment have had little use and I guess to say the bush hog only has around 150 hours of useage. I would rate both an 8 out of 10 on cosmetic condition. I've even taken a pic of bottom ... moreof bush hog and you can see how little it has been used. It still has the orginal paint under the deck. It runs off a 540 rpm PTO. Gear box fluid was changed 4 hours ago. Has newer blades with no large nicks or marring at all. Not pristine but then this is a used mower.Someone did weld in gussets for support in different places but there are no weak spots.This mower does not have any bad rust like I've seen some have.
