Pair stainless steel flour or dough carts on casters industrial cart from bakery
These 2 carts are being offered together. So your single bid is for both, not each. These are estate items, and to be honest, I would be guessing if I suggested that I knew the age. I was told that they were from a bakery, and when I got them, I had to rinse some flour out of them, so I am guessing that they were in use right up until quite recently. They also have a drain plug in the bottom, which would suggest that they were also designed for use with liquids. The wheels on the casters need to be cleaned and lubed as some seem to be tighter than others, but all turn and swivel. Some are just a bit more gummed up than others. I did not see a maker name or brand name on them. Up for auction is a lot of 26 used Stainless Steel donut frying screens. 17" x 25" Good used condition, some screens have slight imperfections but all are usable condition. Need to be cleaned. We had hoped to be able to setup our own donut shop. But it doesn’t look like that dream is going to happen. Selling all equipment that we had purchased; please see my other auctions for a fryer. Glazer, proofer, and mixer. LOCAL PICKUP will also get the aluminum cart in picture included for FREE. Will ship the screens. But they are heavy, buyer pays shipping from 49304.
