It has the normal slight scratches and scrapes from use. But no major dents or damage. No damage that would affect usability. We were able to hook it up to 220V 3Ph and it powered on fine. The fan ran and we let it run for about 30 minutes and it ran fine. We then arc welded about half a stick and it welded very well. My mechanic said it welds better than most welders he has used.
