The press has a bed measuring 120” x 54” Pacific Press purchased HTC in the 90’s and so parts and support are available through Pacific. The press has been disassembled and moved to our rigger’s warehouse in Batavia. IL and is ready to load. The press and steam platens weigh approximately 113,000 lbs. The press has a stroke of 16” and an open daylight of 28” The close height is 12” We do have a riser block assemble that can reduce the close height. The press has two steam platens installed that cover the entire 120” x 54” bed area. There are steam valves that modulate and temperature control the platens. This is a very well built air over hydraulic press. The air comes into a double cavity cylinder and compounds the pressure(10) times. It is then transferred into a press cylinder and ends up with 100.000 lbs. of pressure. The frame is very heavily constructed. The prints on the electric are dated 2003. It has an Allen- Bradley touch screen that makes it possible to control the length of the stroke and the amount of pressure that you wish to generate. I also have the program for PLC.
