Once the breaker was removed from the panel, we found that if you depressed the pole that tripped a bit harder through the range of motion, the breaker properly reset. This seems to be an design issue with this style breaker and it probably didnt need to be replaced at all. For what its worth, the replacement from the supply house was already installed on the panel so there was no going back after the new one was installed. This item came in with a bunch of other pieces of similar test equipment. I don't have the knowledge or ability to test this, so just did a basic power up and seems to power up fine. Might be a little dusty and have a few minor scratches on case. When plugged in and red POWER button was pressed, it came to life and the TRANSMITTER digital display just showed 4 dashes, while the RECEIVER digital display kept active by jumping around with different numbers continuously. There were various other red lights that lit up on the front panel display. See pictures. Oscilloscope works excellent. The o'scope itself is worth the asking price. It's a well built rugged design with an"electro-luminicent" display. This unit is similar but not exactly like the HP 8920B units. It includes similar features and screens like the: RF analyzer. AF Analyzer, RF Generator, TX Test, RX Test, Duplex, Encoder, Decoder, Sinad and Distortion meters, AC/ DC Voltmeter, Self Diagnostic Tests, and Configure Screens. and Oscilloscope. You are bidding on a vintage. Telephone/phone, circuit tester/testing/test set, model T-136BSB, made by Wilcom Products Inc. from Laconia, N.H. U.S.A. It measures 4 1/4" X 6 1/4" X 6" is in a metal case, and has a removable, leather, carrying strap. It is in excellent condition and looks like it was barely used. The case closes tightly, and there are no cracks or chips in the metal or the glass face. I believe when dial tone is connected to the set, you can measure the loop, circuit loss, circuit noise, and the power influence of the line you are on.
