I don't know a lot about this unit,only that when plugged in, it powers up, gives me a menu screen i can change, which read the exact time and date i turned it on and the light comes on at the end of the endoscope. other than that i don't know what i'm doing with it so if it actually does what its supposed to do I'm not sure.
