February 1984 Technical Manual is included. This equipment is used to test low voltage DC electrical circuits in automotive vehicles, tanks, and trucks. It contains a voltmeter circuit that can be used to measure the DC output voltages of the equipment undergoing test, an adjustable load bank and ammeter circuit that can be used to apply the required load to the equipment undergoing test, and a field rheostat that can be used for generator output control and regulator checks. Voltmeter cables are included. Auction includes all equipment as pictured. I have not tested this equipment for actual funtionality, due to limited resources.

This power analyzer appears almost new(with the exception of the broken latch) and operates exactly as described in the manual. Both off-line and on battery pack. The contents of the carry case are exactly as shown in the manufacturer's link. Includes three flexible cables with large and strong alligator clips for three phase voltages and three 1000A(max) current clamps, large enough to go around any cables. Also operates in single phase mode. I tested this using an aircraft motor-generator(frequency converter outputting 115VAC phase-to-ground(208 phase-phase) at 400 Hz. The load bank I had was 7.5A resistive, so the power factors showed up as 1.00. The 115VAC and 7.5A were accurate(see photos) even though the equipment is intended for much higher power levels. I checked the included CD and it was in good shape, including the PC software ... moreand manuals. I printed half of the owner's manual for you to see the many screen and modes of operation. The printer also works fine, but a laptop running the PC program would provide much better test data. The link is serial, so you will need a USB to serial converter cable to use a modern laptop.I will pack this carefully for shipment. It is in good clean usable condition with bright sharp display. The handle works. It has feet on both the bottom and side so you can use or store it vertically which takes up less room on or under your bench. It will be shipped with a power cord. Fluke 9040 Phase Rotation Indicatation - Used
This is a used Fluke 9040 phase rotation indicator and an accessory Fluke case to store it in. There are 2 sets of probes with it. One is nice for clipping on bussing or bolts/nuts. The other go nice into hex head lugs. One of those probes is cracked and taped as you can see in the picture. I tried getting my name off of it but I'll leave it to the winner to decide, there are different ways to do that. This is a must have if you work with 3 phase. This meter has probably saved lives and no doubt serious problems. Great tool.

True RMS Line Power Monitor (Autoscan,Global Specialties 1520) Works fine. USED.
Up for auction is an AC 120V True RMS Power Monitor which I have used off and on for years to test PCs. Servers, and other electronic equipment for their nominal current loads. It has never been calibrated. It works the same as the first day that I got it. I simply am no longer needing it. And, bluntly I need to sell a few things to make ends meet. Listed the item at a bit higher price than I normally like to do because it does have a little bit of weight to it and the given price should cover the shipping charges even if it doesn't leave much for myself. Well. That's about all there is. Just plug it in and you are off and working. It is that simple with this. Hope you can use it! I do not have all the policies and fancy words that a lot of sellers have. In way of a return policy. If something does not work as I described or if it gets damaged in shipping, just tell me and I will refund your PayPal account the amount of the purchase. That is why I only use PayPal for payment because it makes the money issues easier, even if it does seem a bit expensive.
