This item is an older Hannay(2004) reel off a wrecked pest control vehicle. It is in good working condition but does have minor surface rust. It once had about 200 lineal feet of 1/2" hose that has been remove. With this unit you manually pull out the hose and the 12 volt motor rewinds the hose.
