Ansul Cylinder brackets
Up for auction is ten(10) Ansul cylinder brackets. All are used. Some are missing the bumpers. They are pretty dusty. Some dirty, and some have a bit of grease on them. When I say"bit of grease" I mean, there's grease on a few of them that I really don't have time to clean. If I spent time cleaning these, I would have to ask for more money. So, I figure you might want to save some bucks by cleaning them yourself. One of them has an arm that is slightly bent. After I jam them into the shipping box, it might straighten itself out. But don't bank on it. The fit the Ansul 3 gallon cylinders. These have been on my shelf for years. I must clean up my shop so I can find things. If these do not sell. I am scrapping them. Up for Auction is 11 Ansul TFN-1 total flood dry chemical nozzles for the IND-X Ansul system. They are brass nozzles. They were installed in a paint spray booth since 1996. The caps are in pretty good shape. There is a bit of spray paint on the nozzles aqnd caps. I did not want to take off the paint because I did not want to destroy the cap. All the nozzles are pretty clear. The original system was kept up in good condition. Anyway. I've had these about a year with the intention of reinstalling the system in another booth. This tubi exhaust system was installed on a 2007 Aston Martin Vantage and used for less than a week and a couple hundred miles. It was removed and stored. The customer wanted something even louder. Kidde IND Fire Suppression Ansul system
Up for grabs is a kidde IND-45 Kidde dry chemical fire suppression system for avehicle paint spray booth. They have been in storage for almost 10 years. They are in pretty good shape overall. They were manufactured in 1998-99. Most have a full charge on them. System includes the following: Three(3) cylinders of ABC dry chemical. 12 Nozzles model(83-001) with caps. One electric control head(24 vdc or 110 vdc) Two mechanical slave heads. There are no mounting brackets. Detectors or releasing panel. You'll have to get those elsewhere. If you need an extra tank or two, I have up to five more which will cost $150.00 each. However, I do not have anymore nozzles other than what is listed here. Just let me know your needs and I will try to oblige. The cylinders are due for hydrotest. I have way too much stuff that doesn't move so it has to ... morego. All of them need a hydrotest before they go back into service. There is no dents or rust. But the cylinders are pretty dull in color. Please check with your authority having jurisdiction to be sure this system will work for you. The only way I'll ship these cylinders is empty. So I will discharge them and put them on a pallet with a few pails of dry chemical. If you want them charged. I cannot ship these so you will have to pick them up in Syracuse, NY. Pyro Chem Kitchen Knight II Fire Suppression System
This is for a Kitchen Knight II fire suppression system made by Pyro Chem. This is just for three tanks and two control heads. Nothing else comes with it but what's in the pictures. There are two PLC-460(4.6 gal. tanks. One PLC-300(3 gal. tank, and two NMCH3 Control Heads. The small PLC-300 tank is empty and the 2 large PLC-460 tanks are fully charged. The cables for the control heads have been cut and the system is in fired mode on the control heads. The control heads will have to be reset when re-installed. I don't have anything else to go with this unit so anything else needed to complete it will have to be purchased elsewhere. Ansul IND-X 50 lb. Suppression Ansul system
Up for auction is a paint booth fire suppression system with three(3) Ansul IND-X 50 lb. ABC dry chemical fire suppression cylinders. They have been in storage for 2-4 years. Really not sure how long I've had them. They are in very good shape overall. They were manufactured in 1995. Two have a full charge on them and one is uncharged. They were installed in a vehicle paint booth but the booth was doing more wood products than cars. The system comes with the following: Three(3) 50 lb. cylinders Three(3) mounting brackets for unistrut. One electric 24 vdc control head. One releasing panel. One handpull. 11 TF nozzles(model TFN-1) One nozzle could not be reached upon system removal. You will have to order a nozzle depending on your needs. Also. You'll need detectors, piping. and a cartridge to get yourself into business. I do not have ... morea manual. I thought I did but it is very partial. you'll have to check with your local Authority having jurisdiction to be sure this system is correct for you. The releasing panel is necessary for the 10 to 20 second time delay programming. I have way too much stuff that doesn't move so it has to go. All of them need a hydrotest before they go back into service. There is no dents. No rust on the cylinder walls itself. The only way these can be shipped is by emptying the cylinders out and shipping them on a pallet with the dry chemical in pails. Otherwise. If you want them as is, I cannot ship these so you will have to pick them up in Syracuse, NY. They are sold as is and really do not have any guarantee. I am pretty much up front about the things I sell. I do not want anyone to feel that I did not represent the product accurately. I hate it when it happens to me. The shipping on a pallet is costly. Pyrochem ansul Pemall dry chemical Cylinders
Up for auction are a whole bunch of dry chemical cylinders. All are(or will be) empty and ready for shipping. The cylinders range from 1996 to 2002. Most are in decent condition. I'll try to give as good a description as I can. There are a total of 35 cylinders here. Pyrochem ATD 75 lb. cylinders. Qty 10. The cylinders themselves are in decent shape. Gauges are needed on 4 of them. There is some corrosion on the bottom of three of the cylinders which does not affect the actual cylinder wall. All of the cylinders will be void of dry chemical but there will be some remnants left over. There is no corrosion on the interiors since they have been recently emptied. Pyrochem ATD II 80 lb. cylinders. Qty 9. The cylinders themselves are in very good shape. A gauge are needed on 1 of them. No corrosion on these cylinders. Four of them are the"tall" ... morevariety which puts them at around 48" The other five are shorter. There are no"grab bars' to hook onto on any of these. All of the cylinders will be void of dry chemical but there will be some remnants left over. There is no corrosion on the interiors as I will be emptying them within the next few weeks. For Auction is a whole bunch of dry chemical nozzles for gas station systems. Some old. Some new. Anyway, these have been on my shelf for more than four years. I am finally cleaning up my shop and getting rid of the stuff I don't use. You'll have to shine a few of them up. I know I could have cleaned them better but if I did I would have to charge more. There is the following: Pyrochem NGS nozzles: Qty 10. 3 black and 7 silver. 5 of the silver ones were installed previously. Ansul control head - Electric 24vdc
Up for Auction is an Ansul electric Control head for industrial systems. It is a 24 vdc head which came from a paint spray booth. It has been tested and work fine. I've had it a while(couple years) and so it must go. There is not much to it. It is in very good shape. Not included is the cartridge. You'll have to get that on your own. There is no warranty as it is deemed"used" Thus. Sold"as is" As long as you wire it properly(run the actuator through a microswitch) you should never have any problems with these units.
