We had this beautiful unit custom built to our specs as an eye-catching and efficient mobile concession trailer that we took delivery on early this year. This unit has everything you need to be up and running as soon as you get it. We had this unit built by a concession manufacturer to our specs and had planned to use this for years to come at festivals and events year round. With aluminum and stainless steel walls and counter top. This is easy to keep clean and always looks great with that"retro" feel. We used this for a barbeque trailer as it is designed with a completely enclosed area for our smoker with its own exhaust fan with treated wood decking for great ventilation and there is an interior door between the back portion ... moreof the unit and the main area. But this trailer is designed for most any use and not just for barbeque. The fryers and flat top unit are propane. We had a local licensed and professional plumber install the gas lines. There is a regulator on the front exterior of the unit for connection with a propane tank(we use a 33 gallon tank) There are three easy access separate valves inside the unit. One for each appliance for additional safety. Our unit is 12.5 feet tall and the interior space features a lot of storage about the counters for paper products. Small wares and as well as windows around the top of the unit to add addition light in the day and standout at night with the interior lights shining out. The unit is 18' long with an additional 5 feet for the tounge. We have hooks for netting that keeps the items in place and secure during travel. All of the equipment is new except for the True prep station that we purchased used. Everything works and runs like new.
