It comes with a right angle SMB to BNC connector for you to connect to a BNC type connector or input(ICP) It was tested with a pistonphone and a spectrum analyzer and it works well. Type 4935 is a ¼" prepolarized microphone suited for use in array microphones. This Brüel and Kjaer 4135 is in good physical condition and was working when last used. I do not have the equipment on hand to properly test this microphone. So it is being offered AS-IS. There is a missing pin on the connector as shown in the pictures. I am not sure what the function of the pin is(if any) and how its absence may affect operation. There is also a slight dent that doesn't affect connection. The shipping weight is 1# and I will ship this item world wide. Bruel & Kjaer 5935 Portable 2-Channel Dual Microphone Power Supply and Amp Unit
Used Bruel& Kjaer 5935 dual-channel power supply and conditioning amplifier for microphone preamplifiers. Includes operators manual on CD. Used but in good shape. Some decal wear around the power switch and channel 1 attenuator. I inserted 3"D" batteries into the internal battery holder and the item powers up. With my limited test equipment I tested the item out. Both 10 dB step attenuators work and appear accurate. The unit is capable of the spec'ed output level with distortion at 1Khz of way less than 1% Overload lights appear operational. 24 Volt supply is available at the front connector pins. Rear outputs functional. The best I can tell the item is fine and works. But it is being sold as is. Because due to the lack of the right test equipment, I cannot calibrate the unit and verify everything is within specs. Below ... moreare specs from the manufacturer. The units are primarily for use in the field. Giving laboratory standard specifications without compromise. Type 5935 has B&K 7-pin input sockets. Portability is a key feature. Allowing high quality microphone and accelerometer signals to be presented to measuring instruments in the field. The casing can also be rack mounted, where the addition of an external supply makes the Type 5935 a practical laboratory instrument. The audio channels are independent. But are electrically identical, giving excellent phase characteristics and minimal gain difference between channels. The active circuitry has a high specification and will not unduly degrade signals before sending them to connected apparatus. Up for your consideration is a Bruel& kjaer type 4131 condenser microphone cartridge. It looks to be in good physical condition but I can't speak to its functionality as I have no way of testing it. The only physical flaw I can see is that the foam packing seems to have stuck to the body of the cartridge. Probably from sitting in its case for a long period of time.
