Up for auction is an old tape dispenser which was used by commercial businesses. I can't find a date on it but I'm guessing it is from the 1940s- it could be older. This machine is in working condition but it has surface rust over the outside metal parts. All of the parts seem to be there. Even the rubber bottom"feet" All of the parts appear to be in moveable condition and I feel this machine should work as it is intended to do. There is heavy residue from many years of use. Heavy rust in the areas that would have seen lotts of water drips, and we had it plugged in for awhile and the heater never got warm. Two of the rolls of tape were never used and one is down about 1/2 of an inch from the used rolls. We tried to take pictures of the important features.
